Can you give zero stars?!
Can you give zero stars?!! Professionally incompetent. I’m getting stuck in the bit where I lost all my addresses, and JUST.CANNOT.MOVE.ON. I have called three times, and no one can give me an actual answer. I have tried everything and then some. Not sure how this company still exists when there are no positive reviews or experiences.

Do any one know if I can file a lawsuit…
Do any one know if I can file a lawsuit they put this other lady criminal background on my record I feel like this is so racist I’m African-American and the lady is white from Scott’s Iowa we have the same name and birth date but she has a middle name I don’t I also drive the school bus and have an active perk card

Worst BackGround Check Company
Awful company. Incompetent, unprofessional and no one can answer a question or help. Keep being told I need additional documentation but not told WHAT. Have spoken to 4 different people who gave me 4 different issues and non of them made sense. Kept being transferred until I was hung up on. Horrible customer service Edit: was contacted by company AGAIN. Sent info AGAIN. Info still not correct!!! They say format not correct, name of company is different etc etc. A million excuses not do to their and no one to follow up with.

They want you to do their work for them
I am waiting on them to complete my background check for verification purposes. They are unable to verify with one company, and are having ME do the legwork of providing them information. They are a background checking company who doesn't want to do the work to check your background. I have provided 6 years of IRS transcripts, alternate company contacts, history of company acquisitions to show how the name has changed, and provided them with information on the current holding company of my old company so that they can use that for name affiliation. Nothing I have provided meets their requirements, and when they were told by my old company to go use Truework to verify my employment, they refused, and are instead making ME do their work for them. And their support is some of the worst I've seen. DO NOT use this company for employee verification. They are ATROCIOUS.

The literal worst company I have ever…
The literal worst company I have ever dealt with. If a job selects this company, find a new job. You will never finish this process.

Companies will lose genuine candidates if these guys do BGV
I had worst experience with these guys , zero knowledge of how to do BGV , wasting time of the candidate . These people will make companies lose genuine candidates because of their incompetency.

Zero stars. I hate them so much. Education verification is actually making me insane. Escalations is a JOKEEEEEE.

Incompetent and incomplete
Awful experience. Uploaded everything required for verification including scans of education transcripts and parchments, university phone numbers and emails. Said they couldn't verify and that they tried calling my number - zero calls in the phone log. Weeks of "attempting to contact" and attempting to verify. They were given extremely simple instructions by one university that they couldn't follow. I had to pay for my own, separate verification which was completed in days with no issue. The biggest red flag is the company will lie and say they have attempted contact when no attempt was made, or an incorrect attempt was made.
