Order placed at the start of November, delivery tracking email received 2 weeks later advising item Has been shipped and with a tracking link (the link never tracked anything). I contacted them to be advised item hasn’t been sent which I queried why would I have received an email advising it had. They tried to delay by lying in their emails and leaving my emails unread, fast forward another 4 weeks and all of a sudden the item has been lost while out for delivery but I thought it had never been sent out on delivery 🤪 A shambles of a company I would avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 necklaces and they arrived today. They are stunning and Iv very very happy with the products Iv received. I’m jealous I bought these as gifts and not for my self. I was originally a little worried as delivery was taking a little longer then I expected but I emailed them and replied back to me within 48 hours which put my mind at ease. I would definitely order from them again.

I had my reservations on their customer service after reading all the reviews. I had requested for a refund on an order I no longer wanted, and to my pleasant surprise, they were super quick to send it to me. Got it back within 30 min. Would consider them if I really need a related gift in the future.

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered on the 2nd of October and my order hasn't even shipped yet! All they say is they have a backlog and it will be sent and will take 7-14 days after shipping. They don't tell you this when you place your order, they just take your money and don't care. My order was for my daughters birthday, I'd saved for weeks and I didn't receive it in time. Avoid this company. I'm not even sure if I'll receive anything. Update....its now been 17 days since I ordered and I've emailed numerous times with no reply. They took my money the day I ordered and I have nothing to show for it. Please don't order from this company, they are horrendous.
