Been waiting since the 9th December with guaranteed Christmas delivery, no reply to an email I sent on the 19th, poor communication absolutely no customer service id avoid at all costs. I usually pay through PayPal I will be requesting a refund just due to having Covid our Christmas has been postponed while New Year’s Eve so I have a week for them to turn up before asking for a refund. I doubt they’ll be here, absolute joke

Ordered beginning of December for Christmas. No order or communication received. I have emailed multiple times but no response. No idea where my order is. After complaining on their Facebook account I got a response to say they can not refund. Totally unacceptable way to treat customers waiting on orders once paying their money across for a product. Unsure how they are still running if they are a legit business. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE.

I'm absolutely gutted to say the least! I ordered on the 9th Dec. I had given myself extra 2 days delivery on top of what they said for delivery and yet I'm still waiting I have no idea whats going on. Where my item is. All its showing is an aeroplane! Doesn't give any details that's not tracking! I've sent numerous emails and I'm not getting anything back. This was a present for my mum for Christmas day. Took money on the 9th tho! Pi***d off is an understatement right now!

I placed my order on the 16th, i have had no emails or updates. i have emailed twice, the first time to check if my order has been dispatched and if likely to come in time for xmas and second time to request to cancel and a refund as the order status has not changed and had to purchase an alternative xmas gift. I've searched the net to try find a contact number but seems impossible to get in touch. i appreciate its a busy time of year, for ecommerce and there can be unpredictable delays and issues but communication is essential, xmas is stressful and expensive enough as it is. if anyone from custom-items.co.uk see this review i would be grateful if you could cancel and refund my order (JC11507)

Where is my order that was placed and paid on 9th December 21. To date I have not had a reply to the 3 emails sent to you chasing an update on when I can either expect the item ordered or a refund. Terrible service I would not recommend purchasing from this company. It’s awful.

At first I was disappointed in the lack of item and lack of communication and therefore left them a bad review. It seems they must have an issue somewhere, as once they did get back to me they dealt with it promptly. They offered me a full refund as it seemed that the items where lost in transit which I received in my bank today and they also very kindly offered to send the gifts I had ordered back out again free of charge so that I could gift to the people I bought for at a later date. I'm not sure what's happening, they either have a courier system that is letting them down greatly or they are a small family run business struggling with the demand. Either or once they do get back to you they handle it very well, are kind and professional. Thank you.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of the image in the stone, we lost our dad a couple years ago and my mum will love this gift on Christmas Day. Thank you so much ❤️
