There needs to be a no star choice for this place. Same problem as everyone else. You order something and you get a "Your order has been shipped" email with a tracking label number but never gets to USPS or UPS. You file a claim with their so called free insurance they give you and never hear back from them. I will definitely file a complaint with the BBB and file a claim with my bank to try to get my money back.

Don't buy from them... If there is a problem, their customer service is non existent and when they do get on the line or chat, they are rude and tell you it's our problem, hang up on you and will not do right by you...

I should of took the time and read the reviews.order sneakers on the 6 of dec. Got a label created email about 2 days later and item still hasn't shipped as of today dec 18.should of known that as soon as I received an email saying ur shipment is protected by whatever insurance they have that there was gonna be problems.call customer service and they said package was lost..UPS never received it🙄. So had to file claim havent heard nothing from them. Paid thru PayPal, hopefully they can get my money back.never again

Worst company ever, never got my package trying to get a replacement is a joke, have to go through Route to file claim, still don’t know if I’m getting replacement or refund definitely not getting it by Christmas, please beware!!! I contacted BBB. I see they have a lot of complaints!

I was awarded a raffle for a pair of Air Jordan 11 Jubilles. I submitted my payment information and was assured I purchased a pair. I received an email today stating my order was canceled. I was given feedback from customer service saying there was an issue with the inventory. At this point I can’t purchase from a retailer at retail price. I’ve purchased quite a few items from Hibbett and thought of myself as a valued customer. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Hibbett Sports.

Worst shopping experience ever. I got confirmation that my order was shipped on 1128 so it would arrive in time for Christmas I check my email every day to see when it would arrive finally after many days I contacted hibbets and asked about my order and they informed me that it was lost even though the carrier says it was never picked up I asked the associate if I may have shipped to store and pick up so that I may have in time for Christmas since it was in through no fault of my own and I was told no offered no assistance they were rude to me and basically told me that I was just screwed I will never shop there again

I would definitely give no stars if I could. The customer service is TERRIBLE if something goes wrong with your order which for me they sent the wrong shoe! It was correct on the shipping label, but the shoe they package was no where near correct. Trying to get them to fix their error was impossible. They just wantt to keep charging your card. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now it's ruined as I couldn't find the shoe anywhere else. They probably don't even really have the shoe in stock. Whatever u do dont ever buy from them you will not get the right order and no one will help you!!!
