I ordered my shoes and after wearing them a few times I noticed that the seam was split. I talked to a worker about it and they told me it was because of wear and tear. A seam? Really? There was no way that me wearing them a few times could have SPLIT A SEAM. The customer is always right. I should have been able to trade them in for the split seams but the most they offered was a 10% discount. I am very dissatisfied and will not be buying from here again.

Tried to order some shoes online. Couldn't get my rewards to sync with my online account. It kept saying my phone number was incorrect. I call customer service as it suggests and I now have been on the phone with a lady for 16 minutes. She has no idea how to find my phone number linked to my rewards account. There is a baby screaming in the background and this went no where. This is too much trouble. I bought the same shoes from Champs with no issues for the same price.. SAD SAD customer service.

Hibbetts is a load of bull. They were great for some time until they STOLE my rewards. I had $50 of rewards that I EARNED and they cancelled the order I used it on and said they will not reissue my rewards because I am a “reseller” (which is not true). Such a scam. DO NOT USE

Terrible company to deal with! Do not buy anything from them! I purchased a flag from their site and it completely faded in 8 weeks. I asked them to address the issue and was told the manufacturer handled that...no assistance or concern...talk about "customer no-service"! This is why businesses like Hibbett loose customers...at least try to make your customers happy and if nothing else, be concerned you're selling crap-products!

I recently ordered Nike vapromax in black and anthracite (clear soles) The color scheme I wanted was not easy to come by (footlocker and finish line in my area did not have them in stock). Anyways, I placed my order and saw that I saved 50$ during their promotion bringing the cost from 200$ down to 150$. Upon confirmation I received an order number and promise that once shipped I would be able to track. I didn't hear anything for 3 days. I was a little nervous because I had read a few less than stellar reviews. BUT then I got the confirmation that my shoes had shipped. I received the shoes in 7 days and they are exactly what I ordered and wanted. I highly recommend this site.
