Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

Negative one if you order wrong size and return with in the time frame just be prepared to wait over a month for a refund

The customer service reps lie to you and give you the run around ordered a package kept being told it was reshipped and never received it a month later I call and speak to a supervisor and they tell me it hasn’tbeen reshipped because they didn’t get the package back yet after a representative in fact two representatives told me they received it back two weeks ago this is the worst online experience I’ve ever had

hibbet sports suck they left the tag on my nike techcand now has a big hole mad foul

Awful customer service will cancels orders without explanation, why would I use your discount after you canceled my order, save yourself time find another shoe store

They only have discounts for in store pick up never online, definitely not good business at all

AWFUL! I returned my items back in early November 2021 and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. When the finally refunded it was a partial refund. They lie and will give you the run around with their responses don’t order there they suck

I ordered a pair of Football cleats for my 12yo son, The 21 UA Spotlight Lu suede, and my son loves them. The cleats are light just what we wanted. Hibbett Fast deliver was right on time. Dad & Coach
