The “Raffle System” it’s funny how we are told it’s computer generated well I beg the difference. I’ve lost every raffle I’ve entered over the last 2 years. I’ve watched with my own two eyes how the staff in these various stores will give shoes to their buddies, let’s not talk about the resellers that can go into these stores and walk out with 6/7 pairs of the so called raffled shoe. I’m over it!!!

This is a terrible company. I bought shoes and everything is right shipping address. Shoes never arrived. They are being returned because of insufficient address which is a straight up lie. They will refund the shoes in two or three weeks. I bought these shoes as a birthday gift. Now I have no shoes, no money to purchase them somewhere else. Customer service is the worst. Not helpful at all. A total scam and a nothing company. Stay away!!!!!!

We ordered fastpitch catchers gear. We were worried after seeing so many negative reviews but it was delivered to us in Oregon in 6 days and everything inside was exactly as the listing described.

Bought some air maxes .pushed size 10 any they’re sending a 9.although there’s hundreds of reviews saying the same thing happened before to other people ,they’re saying it’s no way it was altered or incorrect .

I ordered my shoes on the 9th of February. They arrived on the 11th of February. Wow!! So quickly!! I am always pleased with Hibbett and Brooks running shoes. I am not a runner. I have a prosthetic leg and I need the extra support. Brooks shoes fit like a glove.

Hibbett cancelled my order after the date that it was supposed to arrive at my house with no explanation given. I will no longer do business with Hibbett.

Terrible! After our package was declared “Undeliverable” to our daughter up at college for being a PO Box address (which we had no clue wasn’t acceptable as there online system accepted the address) we had to call customer service many times with no help from the Supervisor, Lorena! After 5 days of no updates we finally requested a refund. We were told to deal directly with UPS and there was nothing they could do.

To be honest they don’t deserve a 1 star. This is the worst shoe store I have EVER in my life went through for Online shopping. I paid for my shoes they took my money and no shoes arrived. I been given the run around since Dec 11,2021. The shoes came out the 10th of Dec. They put the wrong zip code on my package and instead of saying we lost your package they keep saying oh we have to re-ship it but it’s at Corporate warehouse. Mind you this was a CHRISTMAS GIFT to my child. Thank goodness I never told my child about it because you can only imagine being a kid and not get what you wanted for Christmas. I never got an email saying they will re-ship the package or nothing. So I’m just going to say Screw IT and get my money back and NEVER shop with them EVER again. I’m be better off getting a fake pair of shoes before I buy another pair of shoes from them. At least I’ll get what I paid for in time and not the run around. SMH the worse service
