I paid $23 for expedited shipping on $30 cleats because we needed them ASAP. There was a “bit of a delay” according to customer service so they didn’t get shipped promptly. They were supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. It has been 3 days and they are still processing. I asked if they could overnight them or something and the answer was “no, I’m sorry”. They also offered a faster shipping option that cost even more, but I guess that must have been false advertising too since they couldn’t do it after the “bit of a delay” that is causing them to be late! Will never order from them online again!!!!

I was simply trying to order a pair of shoes. I tried paying with PayPal but the Hibbett order bot wouldn't allow it because I had the wrong JavaScript (?). Then I tried to pay with my credit card. Ditto re JavaScript. I got "Erica" on Chat and she told my I couldn't order online because I used the Edge browser (like millions of others). She said I could download their app--but it may or may not work for me because of Edge. I finally just gave up

Bought one pair of red AF1 on the 23rd of this month. The expected delivery date was the 26th. Now reaching the end of the month, my order is still processing and hasn't even shipped yet. Do not waste your time here people. And don't bother asking customer service, they'll just say check your email.

Rude going ask me what the name of the shoe I'm picking up instead of my name and number girl with beads soooo RUDE unprofessional when I order here all the time now they claim their system down and now I got to hear thier personal HOW conversation RUDE

I ordered some Nikes and received them four days later. Not to mention the deal I got. Everywhere I went was out of my size and the shoes were over a $100. Glad I found Hibbett online. I paid under $60 for the shoes. Great price and fast shipping! Excellent service. Would order again and recommend to family and friends.

What a scam! This company lies on their delivery date to get customers to purchase items, but it takes weeks longer for the items to arrive. Terrible customer service. They gave me a delivery date that has already passed and the item still has not shipped yet. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased the Jordan brand shoes. I got a discount on them. They shipped out. While on the way to my home, the tracking didn’t have any updates for 2 days. I filed an investigation and got an email from Hibbetts that said the item was undeliverable. It will take 2-3 weeks for them to issue a refund when it took all of 2 seconds to take the money off of my account. I really wanted those shoes. One of the worst online shopping experiences ever. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WACK ASS COMPANY AGAIN.

Ordered shoes online for my mom for mothers day. Ordered 3 weeks in advance. Shoes still took more than a week to even ship (i know cause i called the shipping company and they told me they didn't receive the package yet) When it finally came it came damaged and looked used. What an embarrassing experience. Oh and their customer service is a pile of garbage. Nike, Adidas, finish line, and champs all so much better than this garbage of a company. looks like its on its way to the dumpster can't wait till they go bankrupt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. USE YOUR MONEY WISELY AND DONT SUPPORT GARBAGE COMPANIES LIKE THIS. LET THEM GO BANKRUPT. IF YOU INVEST SHORT THIS POS COMPANY (HIBB) ON THE STOCK MARKET.
