I was nervous ordering from a unknown company that I have not used before, but my daughter had to have the Nike witness 6 in the coconut color. They were sold out everywhere else in her size. I found them at Hibbitt, placed order for express delivery so she could use them at volleyball and they arrived in 2 days. The shoes were packed well, not over packaged which I can’t stand and fit perfectly. I see there is other negative reviews and it would have made me nervous if I had read them before ordering, but my transaction was flawless.

Order a pair of shoes they had my size. Got confirmation text of my order being processed. Next day canceled said show was not in stock. Money was on hold for over a week. NEVER AGAIN and when I wrote review on their site they wouldn’t post it.

Multiple occurrences of Hibbett’s website stating and item is in stock, placing an order for said items and then order canceled. I have one items that has been “in process” for 5 days now- customer service states they aged no clue what is going on with the order “just allow more time”.

My order was canceled by hibbett. A few months ago when they started having the genome model go on sale. I got excited and wanted to order a few to last me the next few years. My general experience with Nike is that I go to an outlet store, grab a pair or 2, wear them out and they are gone or the price where they can be found is double. So I thought, wow, a full length unit air max, i'd love to get them for every day wear. I contacted Hibbett by chat and asked how many I could order, and because they were not in store, what do I do if they don't fit? I was told I could order as many as I wanted and just bring them back if they didn't fit. So I did because I justified to myself that the 2 colors I ordered was not going to be coming back and I did not expect any others to be on such a great sale. As a result of that order, all the same size and for myself, Hibbett placed a forever ban on me from purchasing which I found out months later when I tried to purchase these, I was told that the ban is because I am deemed a retailer. I've got rewards points that I can not use, I have personally referred a number of people to hibbett because I believed in the value offered as a full time single father. So now Im unable to order shoes for myself or my children at all. Lesson learned though, dont try to buy multiple pairs of shoes from Hibbett, you won't be able to buy more ever again.

Walked they the Hickory store the other day and got to see an entire section of hats and shirts with the F word emblazoned on them. They replaced the U with a star, but it was so obvious that it seemed silly not to go all in at that point. This is a sports apparel store not Spencers. Glad I don’t have young kids I have to explain that one. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

Terrible customer services with tons of hoops to jump through with an array of back channeling to handle a simple refund for a defected product. I bought shoes online and received them with defects requested a refund and they just give you the run around customer service is terrible! I would not shop there ever again!

Well, should have read these before ordering. I have had my tracking thru UPS stating label created for 2 weeks. Im wondering if I will ever get these 2 pair of shoes? I am going to have to dispute this order if this order doesn't change status. Aweful!!!!

Update: After reading the negative reviews, I reached out to Hibbett via their Twitter customer service account twice and didn’t receive a response either time. I went on their website to chat with an associate, and asked them to cancel my order. I was told that they had initiated the order cancel request, but there was no guarantee it would be approved. Couple days later, I received an email from Hibbett confirming what I already knew. The shoes I ordered were out of stock, so thankfully, they canceled my order. I’m extremely relieved, and was able to find the same shoes at Finish Line. I placed the order with them on 6/17, and the shoes shipped on 6/18. Finish Line is tried and true…my fault for straying. Never again, Hibbett. Original: I’m in the same boat as other reviewers. I placed an order for some shoes on 6/10, and was given an estimated delivery date of 6/15. However, I received an email from Hibbett on 6/13 saying that my order is delayed. It is now 6/17, and I haven’t heard a peep about my order. There’s no way everybody’s order can be delayed like this. I can understand a couple of people. But nearly all of the most recent reviews are saying the same thing. Also, if Hibbett knew they were experiencing delays, why not give customers fair warning and say that on their website the way a reputable company would? None of it seems aboveboard, and I feel like Hibbett doesn’t actually have these items in stock at the time we place our orders. But they still take our money and tell us the order is “delayed.” Order from this company at your own risk.
