I ordered a decent amount of shoes my order said it would take 5 to 7 days you know normal time. I had to call coustmer service to get my order details because it has been well over seven days and have not received any part of my order. Coustmer service couldn't even answer my questions that I asked! I will never order from the again they take to long to deliver to you and coustmer services dosnt help a bit.

Horrible company. I ordered a Hat through this company for Father’s Day on June 2nd. June 5th I get an email that it has been delayed. So I wait til the 9th and contact them I was told it usually takes 3-5 days to ship so I wouod get an update in 1-2 days which made no sense. Wake up this morning on the 14th with a canceled email. After stating it was a Father’s Day gift when I emailed them if they knew they couldn’t deliver they should’ve have canceled it when I contacted them. NEVER buy from or support this trash company!

Do NOT get lured in by their offers of discounts. I was getting ready to make a purchase and a window popped up offering me 15% off my purchase if I entered my email. Any other site with a offer like this immediately provides a code to enter at checkout to receive the discount. NOT Hibbett. I contacted them via chat since no discount code popped up. I was told it takes 24-48 hrs for discount code to be sent via email. Funny thing though…they started spamming me with emails immediately upon providing my email address. But more than 72 hrs later no discount code received. Even checked junk folder. This place is nothing but a lying, bait-and-switch operation. And they will never receive a single $ from me. Too many honest vendors out there to put up with this deceitful behavior. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This outfit is not deserving of it.

Well went shopping for shoes and the saleperson first I had to ask for help not even a hi how are you doing then I was looking for wide shoes and find out you don't carry wide shoes and don't order them well I will look somewhere else

Terrible I ordered a pair of shoes on release day. Order was confirmed a couple days later I am still waiting on my tracking and they send a second email saying there is a delay on shipping my item. I wait a couple more days and give them a call at which point they are now looking for my order and cannot find it they told me that they would let me know if the next 24hrs shortly after I get a email saying they canceled my order. They could not find it probably because they resold it what pisses me off is if I had known it would be a issue I would have taken my business else where, then when I asks about what they can do about it they tell me that they will give my a 25% discount hahahaha what is that going to do I am a retail manager you cannot finesse me as if I am someone who doesn’t know the business. Y’all have a great day that is it for my business with this retailer and I will leave a review on every single public forum possible.

Absolutely horrible they did not ship my second pair of shorts then told me it fell out of the package insurance policy even though I bought it they completely Robbed me of a pair if shorts which is absolutely ridiculous customer service was absolutely horrible my advice don't order off the app

it was extremely good I read some of the reviews on trust pilot and they were all pretty bad but honestly I had a great service my shoes came in two days and I even called the store to ask her some questions and the answered definitely would order again I recommend it.

Worst service EVER! I tried to order online today only for 25% off and they show out of stock while I’m in the store with shoes on my feet! I tried to order several sizes and all showed out of stock! I could not save 25% It wouldn’t let me! I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with several representatives and a supervisor and they were no help. Terrible service
