Order a pair of school shoes for my son, received the shoes a day early and opened the box, completely wrong color of the shoes I ordered. On the receipt and box, it had the correct color but inside the box, wrong color. I called customer service and they apologized, and gave me 2 options. I could return the shoes by mail or go to a store that had the shoes. So I found a store that had the shoes which was an hour and a half away from where I lived. I called the store and they told me they had the correct size and color of the shoe. I get to the store, and then they tell me "Oh, we just sent the shoe out on a online order". I was so pissed. Never again. Hibbett lost a valuable customer!!

I placed an order for an in store pick up but never received an confirmation to pick the order up. I then went to the store and was told it was canceled because they didn’t have that size in stock. Why would Hibbett allow an order to be placed with an out of stock size? I was then told by an agent if I placed an over the phone ship to my home order that it will for sure get to me in a reasonable time. That order had to be canceled due to the size being out of stock. Why does Hibbett continue to allow orders to be placed with out of stock sizes. It’s a complete waste of time.

Went to the Eastwood store to get a Jersey for my grandson. I guess I was the wrong color because no one seemed interested in helping me. I'll be back in maybe a million years.

This was my first and last time purchasing from Hibbett, my wife ordered our son's school clothes and we got nothing so he has to wear last year's, until Amazon saves the day. F--K Hibbett !

Is there less than a star?! I went to the store and I spent $750 cash! I was going with my family on vacation. The only thing I bought for myself was a pair of tennis shoes. I make sure I ask for the softest one being that my feet blister really easy and I was going to have to walk a lot. I put them on and before we left my house to the airport I had to take them off because the back was too tall and made me bleed. There was no blood in the shoes but obviously I wore them in the house they didn’t wanted to do anything with me because the shoes were worn. Anyone can tell if you were shoes but white tennis shoes that were slightly worn?! At my house and they said I’m sorry but if they are worn we can’t do anything… so out of the $750 this was the cheapest but they for sure lost a customer here. I’ve work retal and if a customer came with a cut on the back of the foot just where the shoe stops and they slightly worn (again they are white so just the bottom) I rather keep a customer and at least get back a store credit but I guess I’m stuck with some shoes that I will never wear

Package took longer than expected to ship, then it came damaged, and they then blocked my review about it

I spent over 400.00 on shoes for my boys only to call them and be advised that my order didn’t process. The supervisor was rude and didn’t care much was just told that things happen they have website issues. Things like this with Nike doesn’t happen. Don’t purchase from them their website advises of shoes in stock in which there not and hold is placed on your card for over a week!

I spent over 600 dollars in clothing for my kiddo for school. Hibbets sent 12 separate packages which made it impossible to keep up with. I finally started going through it all and noticed they sent me a womens tank top instead of fleece pants. Call customer service, they want me to return the item that they sent out wrong, be refunded, and then order the correct item. Horrible service!
