I ordered 2 pair of shorts and only received 1. They took the money out of my account for 2 and never sent another pair or reimbursed my money.

Terrible store. This is the second time I've had a problem with them. I should have learned from the first time. I Ordered shoes online on june 26 the location tracker wasnt moving so I asked for a refund after 10 days. Then called again on the 10th day to get a refund, they said they were sending the refund check in the mail. On July 10th they sent the shoes to my door instead of my refund check. Well that's sucks because I bought the shoes somewhere else. Now i have 2pairs of the same shoe and have to see if the store hibbit will take them back. Im upset because if you say you're going to send me the refund check send the check. I dont need the shoes anymore from this store. By the way shop with footlocker, much better experience

I have visited multiple stores from GA to AL. I get great service no matter where I've been. Thank you all.

FedEx delivered an empty box. Hibbett makes you wait 3 days before you can file a claim because “your product may be delivered.” Filed a claim. Hibbett denies it and the email states, “don’t call customer service, claim decisions are final.” Can’t file a claim through FedEx because it’s ground economy and must be done through shipping company. Called Hibbett customer service anyway, they use the same language as the email. Claim decisions are final and we can’t discuss why your claim was denied. A bunch of BS. I bet FedEx workers know about Hibbett’s policies. They have lost a customer forever. Update 7/14/26- I finally received a refund. Called claims again told them I had evidence and sent them my door camera video of the driver delivering an open box. They agreed reopened my claim and investigate. Still took way too much work to get my money back.

I went to the hibbett in opelousas, LA. I wasn't greeted upon walking in and checking out he didn't even say thank you. I usually go to the hibbett in lafayette, la but they didn't have my shoes. I will never go to the hibbett in opelousas, LA again. I will stick to the one in lafayette,la on louisiana avenue. much more friendly people.

Thieves. My family bought me a total of 4 items for Father's Day. I needed large instead of medium, so with receipt and unworn items with tags intact, took them to the Hibbett in Temple Terrace. The girl whom claims to be the manager, helped me find the large size in a pair of shorts and a shirt, then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay more for the same 2 items in different sizes because they were purchased while on sale. I explained to her I did not want to return the items, and didn't want a refund because I wanted to EXCHANGE the same items for a different size She insisted on returning the purchased items, refunding me at the sale price and then ring up everything as a new sale at full price! WOW! She refused the exchange. I am reporting Hibbett to the BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs for fraudulent business practices conflicting with their published exchange policies in an attempt to scam me out of more money.

I would give a zero if that was an option. The issue is I ordered a pair of shoes from a Hibbett store while on vacation in Alabama (I live in Michigan). I received the shoes, they did not fit, and I tried to return but was told I had to return to a store; that corporate did not provide shipping labels for shoes purchased online in the store. I was not informed when I bought the shoes in Alabama that this was the case, otherwise I would not have bought since I paid full price for the shoes. I sent numerous text messages and talked with at least 5 different people explaining that I did not live in a state with a Hibbett -- the nearest store is in Indiana, a 2.5 hour drive one-way. Hibbett's customer service did not even try to be helpful but rather just repeated the same thing which is I had to return to a Hibbett store. I advise anyone thinking of shopping at Hibbitt's to go elsewhere. With all the options people have for purchasing shoes, why would anyone buy from them when their customer service is so poor. Based on other reviews, my experience is not unique.
