I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s these incompetent fools sent me a size 8.5 and a 10.5 I wear a 10.5 they done proceeded to tell me it’s my fault for buying too many sneakers and not checking the box to ensure the correct size in a timely fashion now I’ve been back and forth with them for the last two weeks with no one trying to help Do not buy anything from Hibbett you will regret it eventually trust me and I was a loyal customer

Was a big fan of hibbet sports but now im finna stop shopping with hibbet online possibly for good because i cannot understand why I order a package online it tells me its out for delivery and been delivered only to find out its been delivered to the post office for them to deliver the next day when they should have to deliver our package same day people be needing their stuff at a certain time but have to wait a extra day for a delivery company to put it off on another delivery company

Their return policy is a joke. I wore the shoes I bought for less than an hour indoors to test them out, and that was enough to make them impossible to return. Absolutely absurd.

I ordered the new pink Jordan shoes July 28th. Never got them. Received a case number on August 17th. Now CS Al saying the number invalid. I will never shop with Hibbett Sports again

I ordered shoes from them, they have been sitting at the post office for a week. Post office has to send them back due not lack of postage! How is this even a thing?? Lack of postage! It's like buying a car and can't deliver it because I let all the air out of the tires! Scammers.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order online and was never told about my order being cancelled. I had to go and investigate what happened and eventually had to chat with an agent to find out that 3 days after my order, it was cancelled. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never consider purchasing from them.

Horrible I purchased two things on the same day. One came the other one didn’t. I received information from UPS that they sent it to the post office. The post office said they have it, but they would not deliver it to me because there is no pay postage. How the hell does that even happen now I’ve contacted you even on numerous occasions, and no one seem to be happy. I filed three claims on a spray ground book bag that I’m trying to get that I ordered in time before school started and it still hasn’t here. I ordered August 5 here today is August 17, 2026. My son really wanted his book bag either give me the book bag or give me my money and however, they seem to not corporate to doing neither one I would never shop there again. I know this won’t hurt them because others still shop there but online shopping with them is they done deal with me not to mention I sent proof of what was said above and I still have nothing $85 just going down the drain like that they said.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m still incredibly disappointed with how Hibbett handled my order for the limited-release Sophie Cunningham adidas shoes. I completely understand that highly anticipated shoes sell out quickly. That isn’t my complaint. I was ready when the shoes were released, placed my order immediately, and Hibbett accepted and confirmed it. Naturally, I believed I had successfully purchased the shoes, so I stopped trying to buy them elsewhere. At that point, I still could have attempted to purchase them from another retailer carrying the release. Instead, only after that opportunity had passed did I learn that Hibbett could not fulfill my order. That is what makes this so frustrating. Had the shoes simply shown as sold out when I attempted to purchase them, I would have been disappointed, but I would have understood. Instead, Hibbett’s inventory/order system allowed me to complete a purchase for merchandise they ultimately could not provide, and in doing so effectively cost me the opportunity to obtain the shoes somewhere else. For a limited release, inventory accuracy and timely order confirmation matter tremendously. Customers are making purchasing decisions within minutes, sometimes seconds. An accepted order shouldn’t create a false sense that an item has been secured when it hasn’t. I hope Hibbett reviews how limited-release inventory is allocated and how quickly customers are notified when an order cannot actually be fulfilled. This was a shoe I was genuinely excited about, and unfortunately the way this order was handled turned that excitement into a very disappointing customer experience.
