I ordered 2 skirts my daughter had to have for cheer a month before she needed them. The package was delayed originally and then it gave me an alert saying it would not be shipped due to LACK OF POSTAGE! I contacted Hibbett 1st by chat but they said I had to continue to wait. “It may still come” but of course it didn’t. So I contacted the number and I couldn’t even talk to anyone bc call volume too high! Then another week went by and I contacted them again through chat and I could get a refund since it’s been this long but the refund would take an additional week- JUST To order THEM AGAIN AND PRAY THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN AGAIN and even if it didn’t I still have to wait for it to be shipped even longer. . I would NOT recommend Hibbett for their lack of service, and lack of common sense!!!!!

Do Not Order from this company. they are a joke. Email the CEO Jared Briskin- I was told by the manager there Brian emp#63447 that he was the highest person in CS that I could speak to and that there was no VP or SVP. I'm reporting them to the BBB they are no help.. my shipping address was incorrect. I was told that they could not cancel the order, edit the address or make a call to UPS to confirm that the address need to be made. I was hung up on 2 times and spent almost 5 hours to get no where. They will only refund me if the product shows that UPS was not able to deliver it. I ordered a pair of shoes that's going to an old apartment address... we all know UPS is going to drop and go and so do they. I'm so frustrated and pissed because these were my kid school shoes. If could give them a 0 I would have have. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered shoes on their website, received confirmation of the shoes, and an email expressing sympathy for a delay in the shipment. I called customer service 6 days after the delayed shipment email only to find out my ordered had been canceled. They offered me a 25% discount. Ridiculous the shoes are sold out and going for $400 online. DO not trust Hibbett with your online orders. They will screw you. Just go to a store and purchase them in person.

I won a raffle and there was nothing they could do about it because the system wasn’t accepting any payments. I lost the shoe i wanted. Customer service is horrible.

PEOPLE PLEASE GO TO CHAMPS FOOT LOCKER OR EVEN JD SPORTS WHEN U SEE HIBBETT DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME U CAN FIND GREAT PRICES AT OTHER SHOE STORE ESPECIALLY ASOS I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM I WOULDN'T CARE IF IT A DOLLAR!!! THEY CAN KEEP IT

Absolute horrendous company. Ordered a drop right at drop time, done in 20 seconds. Got an order confirmation. Just to get a cancelation 3 days later. 1000% never recommend, stay away. I'll never order from here again.

Ordered shoes online and received the wrong shoe, called customer service the same day I received shoe she issued a return slip that stated wrong item received. Never got a return ao called and they stated they would escalate return never received return called again and was told I cant not get a return because I returned the wrong shoes even though those were the shoes that I received and was stated in the call and on return slip so now I've paid 212 for shoes I never received. Beware when ordering online and im also reporting this to the BBB

The online shopping is terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes one day just to have it cancelled the next because they were out of stock. This is very lazy inventory and record keeping. Now I have to wait a week or two for my refund. This was my First and Last time shopping with these dummies.
