Did an online order for pickup at $120. Picked the order up and an hour later received a PayPal notification that the order increased by almost $9. Chatted with customer service and they were EXTREMELY rude! Never again!

I have NEVER had a more terrible online ordering experience than when I tried to place an order through Hibbett. Once they took my payment, they asked me to prove I was not a robot. Once I did so, the screen went white and I had no order confirmation or order history. So silly me, ordered again, and it did the same thing. So I was charged TWICE for orders that never went through. I called Hibbett to get this situation figured out and the girl told me she could place the order over the phone and that I could still go through Klarna for my payment. I spent 40 minutes on the phone placing this order. She was very nice and helpful and She assured me my card would not be charged the full amount and that it would be broken up into payments via Klarna. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I looked at my bank account and was indeed charged the full amount. I called Hibbett back and spoke to someone else who informed me that the previous girl didn't know what she was talking about and you cannot do Klarna via the phone. I asked for my order to be canceled because I spent hours of my afternoon trying to order my kiddos some shoes and it just wasn't worth it. Once this guy said he canceled my order, I asked for a confirmation number or email. He said that nothing was provided to prove your order was canceled. He said the best he could do was just tell me over the phone. I said that's ridiculous and there should be something given to prove cancelation. So while I was on the phone with him, I checked my email and did in fact receive an email stating my order was cancelled. So I made sure to let this guy know that just like the girl I spoke to before him, he did not know what he was talking about either and you do in fact receive a cancelation number. There has GOT to be a better way to get some cute shoes for my kids and Hibbett is just NOT IT!

So ticked at Hibbett sports/City Gear. Ordered Nike pants for Emily. They came with the security tag on. Now I have to drive 25 minutes one way to get it removed. No apology. Horrible company

It kept making me try to prove I'm not a robot, so I couldn't place the order. Went to Nike website instead. Very disappointed that they make you go through all this just to give them your money. Not happy and won't be trying to order from them anymore.

I recently discovered this website at the end of last year. I live in California and have never heard of them so I was initially a little eerie. The main reason I decided to buy from them is because they have a rewards program! You get points for every $1 you spend and once you hit a set amount you get a discount. They carry 5+ sneakers I wanted so it only made sense to me to order from them. After having no issues with my first order I placed two more orders with them. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about but I’ve had an exceptionally great experience with them. One of my packages did get lost as previous people have mentioned it said ups was waiting on the package but they never got it. When I logged into my account it was easy to locate their help section for damaged or lost packages. I filled out a lost package form and someone emailed me back within 24 hours and offered me multiple resolutions. I ended up just asking them to reship my same order and they responded within minutes with my new order confirmation and a few hours later I got the tracking information. Super happy and satisfied with Hibbett sports and will be definitely be making more purchases with them. I’m not someone to leave reviews but after seeing all the negative ones it didn’t sit right with me. Shoutout to Luc who helped me get my shipment replaced!

I didn't have any trouble with my order. Ordered online and arrived couple days later.

Hibbett.com is terrible when it comes to estimating when your order will be shipped, and the delays are shameful. Nike.com is better !!

The shipping information on my online order never updated beyond UPS “label created”. For over a week there were no updates or tracking of the item and I was checking daily. The site said the item would ship UPS, but it was actually delivered by the post office. I got the item within quoted time, but I think they could do a better job of informing on who the item is actually being delivered by, and when it is expected to arrive. Item was as expected (Nike shoes), though it was obvious the order was picked from a store where the item had been on the floor and tried on before. The paper typically in and around brand new shoes was missing, and there was a strand of human hair inside one of the shoes (gross). Probably won’t order from Hibbett again.
