Where are my freakin' shoes I ordered? It's been over a week and no updates on the Tracking information either. I regret not spending another $20 to get them at the mall instead! Will never shop at this piece of crap place again. Working on a credit card refund at this point.

Tim the manager did awesome he was the only employee around and there was five families there looking for shoes. He went and received them and did not complain. I asked him if he was the only one working and he said no his other manager was in the back…I wanted to show appreciation because he helped us find the right shoes for our Florida trip and he was friendly. Everyone go to hibbets for deals and the best prices and accommodation. He deserves a raise for being the man to show me what I needed!

Awful!!!!! I TRIED to order through the website twice. First order was canceled without an explanation. Second order showed shipped but package never arrived. There is no tracking number provided in order for me to track my purchase so I reached out to company to inquire about where my item was after waiting 4 days from date it showed shipped. I was told to try back in 3-4 days so I waited the 4 days. I reached back out to inquire about my purchase only to be told AGAIN I had to wait another 4 days. Again, I waited the 4 days only to be told they would take a few days to review the account and decide if I get a refund?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! What kind of company conducts business like this?!?!

Placed my order, came 2 days later! Just as i ordered. Great purchase!

I made an online purchase, the card was declined , but the money was still taken, when I called to figure out why , the supervisor Jonathan(344142) was extremely rude and unprofessional, you would’ve thought his 122.19 was missing. Moral of the story still no shoes or no money. When I call they tell me to call my bank, my thing is how come the card was declined but the money was still taken!!! I hate hibbitt sport, don’t ever and I mean ever make an online purchase, customer services is horrible and the supervisors are extremely condescending and rude !

As previously posted, my Husband purchased a jacket for me on 8/09/23. It went around and around for almost 5 weeks. Well, it was finally delivered on 9/14/23. The security tag is attached to the garment and the packing slip is so faded that we can't read it. I will tell everyone from the rooftops about the incompetence of Hibbett. Pitiful!!!!! The other items purchased by my Husband only took 4 weeks.

I placed an order on Monday and when I placed this order they gave me a estimate delivery of Thursday I called on Wednesday because I had not received shipping information and when I called the representative said that my order was still in processing and fulfillment I think it's misleading if you're giving an estimate of the 14th just don't put anything at all for estimate because it's misleading so I cancel my order I'll try to order somewhere else first and last time shopping at hibbetts

I have ordered several pairs of shoes through Hibbets, and every time I had a great experience. Only once my shoes was late and that was because I ordered on a holiday. Great service, great shoes and when ordering they give you the option of cancelling your order if you made a mistake.
