Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

I should of read these reviews! Sent me used shoes after buying online then tried not to return them and blamed me! Customer service is completely useless!

Your employee, Jason, was very prompt on helping us. Very polite, this will bring me back to your store. I have his cashier # off my receipt just so you get the correct employee 214257.

Do not buy shoes or anything actually from Hibbett or City gear. The customer service is the worst. Bought New balance shoes that the red suede rubbed off on the white part of the shoe so after it only being 2 days I took them back to where they said I needed to get approval through corporate, so after a 10 minute call of nothing they said someone would get back to me in a couple days but after about 3 weeks they finally sent an email asking for pictures but the shoes were already ruined and worn for work or any other occasion other than them needing to look clean on my feet. So well played on their part of waiting so long to address my complaint that the shoes were beyond warranty. So again DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANNA HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERES EVER A PROBLEM

I ordered 2 Nike shoes on them Oct 17, and they canceled it for no reason. They didnt even contacted me about it. Im not sure if this site is legit.

I was hesitant after the reviews on this site. I was able to find the sneaker I was looking for several weeks. Received the sneaker and quick shipping.

I ordered 11 days ago and wait for them to fulfill those orders then they cancelled all my ordered for the reason can not fulfill,so waste time with them and almost holidays coming, people buy their gifts and later find out can not fulfill their gift for them, don't shop at this.

Awful customer service they are rude and I got less than half of the stuff I ordered they lost all of it in shipping and then canceled the rest

Ordered shoes online got the confirmation number money was taken out my account and all waited 8 days after it said my order was shipped in 2 called customer service just for them to tell me my shoes has been sold and I should re-order them if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have known anything now I have to wait 5 days for a refund……I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!
