Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

Quick delivery, half the price as competition, same product. I was worried because the shoes I ordered said "preschool size 3" and I was hoping for a Youth size 3.. I liked the price and was pleasantly surprised that they were actually a youth size 3. My daughter will be excited for her new cheer shoes.

Hibbett Sports has the worst customer service I've ever experienced the competence is so long it cannot even be measured not to mention their customer service centers in another country where everyone sounds kind but they are clueless no one listens and to resolve a problem it's like pulling a tooth it is absolutely nightmarish the type of money that I have spent and spend with this company they should at least have customer service that can do the job and those jobs need to be within the us and not Outsource to someone that doesn't have a clue I'm so frustrated at this point in my situation is they printed the label for my products and didn't put the correct city state and zip code so my package is being returned and all they're telling me to do is wait for a credit in two to three weeks and the package will be returned no one wants to call the Carrier and update my address they don't want to give me any discount to reorder a product that I didn't get because of their own fault it's just a shame and I asked to speak to supervisor that was yesterday we're over 24 hours now and of course I haven't gotten a call their customer service experience sucks

I was about to place an order but decided to read the reviews first. God knows and he is awesome. Let me go ahead and discontinue this purchase. Thank you all for your honest experience with this shop and saving me from the stress. I will not be ordering 🙏🏾

I will never order anything from Hibbett again. They are the worst with delivery time frames and then they just keep changing the dates after the deadline. The customer service representatives are no help. They just repeat the same thing. There is no such thing as one to two day delivery. I ordered something on the third. It was supposed to get to me by the 11th then they changed it to the 14th and I checked today and now my delivery date is the 17th very unprofessional and now I don’t wanna hear anything about holiday season because I get all of my other packages just fine within one to two days Not 14!

Received a box with NO shipping label- no bar code. No anything. Just a plain brown box. I had ordered one pair of Nike dunk lows size 13 men's. I received two pair of tennis shoes size 10.5. Interestingly enough, the packing slip was addressed to a lady in Sarasota, Florida. I immediately called Hibbett's to have a new pair of shoes shipped and these sent back. They could not verify where my package went. Refused to issue a refund and refused to re ship shoes. Imagine the ridiculousness of all of that?! I was told I had to send these random shoes back to Hibbetts get a refund on my order (that's this one was not ). What did that mean for the last who ordered these shoes? How was she to get a refund? Anyway, bc I had all the i formation of the lady who was supposed to get these shoes, I texted her and let her know I had her shoes, hoping she had mine. She did not- BUT two days later she received them and she shipped me mine and I shipped hers. This CITY GEAR-HIBBETTS online is a total farce. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.

Very disappointed. I placed an order during Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals and 2 weeks later received an email that my order was cancelled. When I reached out via online chat, I received a very long response as to why and when I tried to reply the agent ended the chat. Very poor customer service but it didn't end there. I called to speak to someone and when I got through, I asked for a supervisor. I was told that the reason my order was cancelled was because it went to review and was "flagged" as a resell. Not knowing entirely what this meant I asked what that meant and the response I got was that he could send me the terms and conditions. I said that all I was asking was how something like this happens and how we could rectify the situation. The supervisor Brian just kept repeating himself saying he could send me the terms and conditions. I have never in my life experienced anything like this before. I'm offended and disappointed. This has got to be the WORST customer service I ever experienced. All I wanted was shoes for my kids for Christmas and this is what I got instead. I will NEVER order from or tell friends and family to order from this company ever again. It's a shame because they have good products.

This store is garbage, scam, rip off artist. I ordered some pumas from them & they sent me a 3x sweatshirt & refused to give me a refund back. So please don't waste your money on this sorry a** store. I hope your business fails majorly & I hope that people will read this & stop spending money on your sorry a** company

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. 1 was shipped with USPS and the other with FEDEX. The USPS was supposed to be 2 day delivery but is still held up with USPS and has been 9 days since purchase date. I reached out to customer support and spoke with "Vincent Karl B" Today. USPS hasn't updated their status since the 3rd and just keep changing the status daily stating it is late. No updates on where or when. Trying to reach out for some help and to get to 2nd level support. The agent just disconnected me. He wasn't understanding and just simply didn't want to help. I just wanted a solution since USPS has lost the package. For them to ship me another pair and when I end up getting the old pair to return them. Or simply refund me and let me reorder the same pair. Nothing was given to me. Since USPS updates daily stating the same thing everyday for 6 days now that it is delayed and will arrive late. That since it updates daily that my 10 day window to file a claim gets pushed back everyday. This system is flawed and I see why they have such bad reviews. Customer support doesn't care, they state their services are lacking and disconnect with you when you don't just give in to "wait some more time" solutions.. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM HIBBET SPORTS.
