Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

Is was in hibbett sport about a week ago. Poor customer service. No one seem to be concerned in helping me. When I ask about trying one of their shirts on. They treated me like a I was going to still it. They need to go out of business.👎👎

This place is a joke. Customers BEWARE before purchasing anything from this place. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of shoes arrived USED. I have spent the week trying to reach out to customer service and asked for a supervisor to call me back on several occasions and till this day have not received a call back from any supervisor. Not only does this place send USED SHOES their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & LACKS KNOWLEDGE. Forget it if you try to reach out to their CORPORATE OFFICE they are not able to help you nor do they know any information about any kind of return or exchange procedure, they just transfer your call back to customer service. What a waste of time & money. This place deserves a “ZERO” rating in my opinion. Don’t know how they are still in business. I will never place an order with this company, and will never refer anyone to them either. CUSTOMERS SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Shame On You Hibbett Sports For Taking Customers Money & Sending Them Used Shoes.

So I ordered two pair of Jordans online. My total was about $300.. The one pair came the other pair never came. It told me that it was in pre-shipping for two weeks so when I called USPS it still said it was in pre-shipping so contact the person who sent it. I contacted Hibbett sports. Do you know what they offered to do they offered to give me a $10 card, so you mean to tell me that you guys can’t give me credit because you guys have somebody in your trifling office that stole the shoes! they did not offer to give me an in-store credit so that I can go in store and pick up it. They want me to wait seven days to get a credit back to my account. They didn’t offer to tell me where the shoes were located. They didn’t offer to do anything except give me a $10 card make it make sense. I will never purchase anything from Hibbett sports in my life. They suck.

#1520 Chris (AP) Adryiana (Associate) Semaj (AM) & Tvesday (AM) Thank you Chris & Crew for being real from the start ! Entering your store with welcoming warm greetings to my hubby & I looking to purchase a birthday gift (the gray pair) for our Grandson made it all worthwhile !! WE are very pleased with such outstanding one of kind GENUINE customer service !!! See you all soon , ALOHA & MAHALO ....

Absolutely terrible experience. The employees are unprofessional, immature, and inept! The overall experience with this store (Waxahachie, TX location) has definitely caused me to never shop with a Hibbett Sports again. If you value your money, avoid this location and store altogether. Customer service is NONEXISTENT here!

I ordered 2 pair of sneakers from this company and they were both damaged. I will never order from them again!!!!

Due to their ignorant customer service, and making me wait several days to get a return label since I could not get 1 myself for some reason, I will no longer be ordering from them.

I ordered shoes on August 16th. August 17th I got my confirmation. The number said my shoes were delivered August 10th in the wrong state. Didn’t make sense how my order was delivered before I even ordered it. They refused to give a refund because it had been delivered. Even with the additional fact they used the completely wrong address from the confirmed order.
