Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

I made an in store purchase in Orlando, FL where the salesperson, Elionair (223326), with his exceptional knowledge of Hibbett’s product line, assisted me in find exactly what I needed. He listened carefully and was very cordial. I highly recommend visiting the S Orange Blossom Trail Store.

They canceled my order for no reason.. and when I called the operators who could barely speak English hangup on me 3 times.. this the second time this has happened.. I will never shop from this company ever again and I'm also deleting app..

I ordered cleats for same dy pickup. They never sent an email, but did charge my card. Store employees could not find my order number, and the order number is invalid when I try and check it.

I’m not sure whose idea it was for the press and hold feature but I DO NOT like it!!! I do online shopping and it aggravates my shopping experience to the fact that I just leave the site without a purchase every time….

Order online and I received a tracking number but it was never picked up by USPS. The store never arranged for a pickup. This my 3rd pair of shoes that I've ordered from them that I've had to be refunded for because they never ship. Can't get a refund unless package is stuck for 10 days with no updates.

They fixed all problems. As long as you have time they’ll solve whatever mess ups they create. They do in store returns and certain associates can do shortcuts other ones don’t know about. All shoe companies send used shoes and mess up often but they cool I guess.

Never shop city gear no refunds and lazy trashbag employees just a real bad store go to footlocker save yourself the stress

I should’ve listened to the reviews! Prices too good to be true you’d either not receive your item or receive it wrong size and they won’t fix the issue either. They’ll make you do all of the work for their mistakes. I will never order from this place again and neither should you.
