Purchased the truck from H Greg. Sales person is Jason bull. Mr. bull informed me the truck looked great, he pointed out one small, scratch on the front bumper. When I receive the truck, it has scratches all over it and dent's. Then when I drove the truck, the transmission was messed up after talking with Mr. bull he told me that he was going to see what he can do about fixing it. Just give me the runaround! Mr. Menendez sent me an email saying that he would like to talk over the problems with my truck. I have tried many times to get in touch with him. He will not return my calls. I have talked with the BBB in Arkansas and Texas. they have many complaints on this company. I am a 65 year old, disabled senior citizen. I just want to warn people, do not buy from this dealership. Please don’t get burned like I did.

My Salesperson was JP, Jacob. He was so helpful and accommodating to my needs and request. I went in early on a Saturday and was given his full attention. I chose a car, did the deal, and left. By Monday I was regretting my choice, totally on me. I went from an SUV to a compact car. I called on Monday and came back in and without issue chose a different SUV and left happy with my second choice.

This is totally trash stay away from this place, trash, trash, trash, service, trash, a hook lady from service dept, She always talk to you while she’s on her phone, she does not have any manners, don’t care looking at your eyes while she is talking with you, the you complain to “the top manager “ do the care? , no they don’t care at all, why? Because they already got paid by the banks , stay away from this place this is trash. I have to say Danny is this cell man who help me buy the car he’s such a nice guy. He’s the best next time I see him I’m gonna ask him to run away from that place he doesn’t deserve working for this trash people.

LOOK AT THE CARFAX THOROUGHLY. GET ANOTHER SALES AGENT IF YOUR SALES AGENT IS GIVING TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY SHUTDOWN THE OTHER LOCATION FOR A REASON! DONT TRUST THE SERVICE SIDE AND UNDERSTAND YOUR CAR AND WHAT KIND OF REPAIR IS BEING DONE TO IT. TAKE PICTURES!!!! YOU WILL CATCH THEM IN A LIE WITH PICTURES THEIR MONEY HUNGRY AND USE SHADY TACTICS. THE MANAGERS ARE EVEN WORSE AND THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER TO GO AGAINST YOU. THEY HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU AND YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THEY EVEN PICKED UP TO HEAR BREATHING. I had a very disappointing experience with Hgreg Orando. During the test drive, I pointed out an issue with the vehicle, and I was verbally promised that it would be taken care of. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the purchase. While driving home that day, the issue was clearly not addressed. I initially spoke with a manager named George, and was told to speak with another manager named Moises Cintron. Both acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be fixed. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. The issue was never resolved, and once the sale was completed, it became extremely difficult to get any follow-up or accountability. I attached the original email from Moises Cintron to Felipe Garip six days ago and never received a response of any kind. It’s frustrating because this situation could have been avoided with better communication and basic customer service. Buying a car is a major purchase, and trust is a big part of that process. In my case, that trust was broken. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure any promised repairs are fully completed before finalizing any deal here.

This should be negative. Total rip-off. Financing is padded with a lot of add-ons. The SUV check engine light came on after two days of driving - bad intake manifolds. Costs around $3,600 to fix at a dealership. The vehicle was advertised at $17,999 and wound up with $27,000 in loan amount. Stay away!

Vehicle was listed for 13,500 so I expected to pay maybe 15 or 16,000 but they just kept adding things and adding things until it was $20,000..
