Every dealer publishes a price that does not include taxes and fees, but HGreg.com is extremely egregious. Everyone has DMV fees and most have dealer fees. HGreg charges a whopping $2200 in NON DMV dealer fees which is double the average fee in Florida. In addition, they require a $1,500 paint and fabric protection package which cost them a small fraction of what they charge. When I went to test a 2024 Corolla LE, priced at $19500 with 30K miles the salesman kept going on and on about how they are cheaper than CarMax, Autonation, and all dealerships nationwide. Once I sat down for numbers, the total out the door price was over $25K, and there was zero negotiating. I told him I could get a new one for about the same price; he laughed. I found a NEW 2025 Toyota Corolla LE for $24k out the door. I had to negotiate with several dealerships and do the work, but I found one!

Though the sales team individuals are generally friendly, helpful, and as honest as they can be given what they have to work with, the subsequent upcharges and mandatory "handling" and service fees for stupid things you don’t need (i.e. $1,500 in MagniShield bullcrap that ultimately ruins your windshield) adds unnecessary thousands to their misleading enticement list prices. Their in-house financing also tends to be a couple percentage points higher than it should be in a more competitive lending environment. Post-sales service, sympathy, and support are virtually non-existant. Their car inspection policy failed me terribly when they sold me a Kia with a 9-degree rear misalignment thst ultimately cost me 4 new tires after an unexpected blowout three months later in the middle of nowhere. In short, hidden, mandatory and stupid markups and price inflexibility make this car shopping experience a dud. H.Greg needs to revamp their sales model. I will never return to them as a customer.

I like but note the most

The employees are well versed and friendly. What I didn't like is the website says one price then their proposal adds a pre delivery fee ($1300) and an interior protection fee ($800). One top of that their trade-in price is 2-4 thousand dollars less than any other dealers. So shop around before you go here!

My experience with two separate locations of this company was truly 2 stars, and for different reasons. For the Doral, FL location lets just say that their communications was awful, and it would be my suggestion for potential car buyers to only use this company as a place to test drive a car so that you know its really what you want. If you go further than this, you are doing so at your own risk. At the WPB location we did end up buying the same model car from this location, but truthfully the post-"we've got a deal" experience left a lot to be desired. I've bought about 15 cars and never have experienced a post-deal made experience where I was delivered the car in dirty condition (it did look like someone sprayed a hose on the car to "wash" it, if you can call it that), but oh, so much more was lacking. The "like new" looking car mats that were in the trunk were removed, the cars owners manual had been replaced by a totally different vehicle than the one I bought, and there was absolutely no information given to me about what maintenance such as an oil change was done to the car. So, HGreg, thanks so much for the Ford Truck owners manual, the missing car mats (some very old, worn mats were given to me when I complained), the numerous crumbs and grass clippings that were throughout the car, and my having to guess whether or not I need to have the oil changed any time soon due to a lack of information being provided to me. So, as I have said earlier, if you must actually buy a car from this Dealership, its my humble opinion that you think long and hard about what you are doing and don't say afterwards that you haven't been warned that things might not end up as sweet as you think. I stand 100% by all and every word that I have provided in this review.

Purchased an expensive car from the West Palm location. Promised a full tank of gas y our sales man and later by his manager and the finance manager due to a mi up on their part about our check. NO FULL TANK. Almost empty when picked up and haven't returned my requests since to reimburse me.
