Dishonest, scammed, they literally sold me a lemon and tried to charge me 30,000 for a 6 year old car, after I had to ask why did I pay 17,000 for a 21,000 dollar 6 year old car, but there was some good things about it. But don't bother calling, they ignore it. NOW, im stuck after 5 months, do not buy from here they do not care about you or to get you a deal no matter what it says when you first walk in. And then when you call them out they ignore you. Now I'm stuck at a 7-Eleven and I'm broke ass because they took all my money. For a lemon.

The opposite of transparent pricing
Terrible experience. The out door price that they quote you is NOT an out the door price. Fine it doesn’t include TT&L. I get that. But it also doesn’t include a $3k “elite protection plan” that is mandatory. They claim transparent pricing but it’s anything but. Go to Carmax or EchoPark if you want transparent prices. I wasted an hour with these liars before we got to the real price.

Dealership sold me a vehicle that they…
Dealership sold me a vehicle that they knew had a failed engine. Of course they refused to do anything about it. Have been giving me the runaround and won’t even take my calls. Their corporate office is a joke as well. They avoid customer issues and refused to provide any resolution. Now I’m stuck with a $15,000 car that I just bought two months ago that broke down before the second payment was made. These people are horrible! To deliberately put someone in a financially devastating situation is pure evil. Not sure how they turned the volume that they do with these sorts of business practices.

Our Second HGreg Purchase Was Very Different
**Oct. 1 Update — Please be careful. I strongly recommend having any vehicle purchased here independently inspected during the grace period.**
We recently purchased our second vehicle from HGreg because our first experience three years ago was excellent. Unfortunately, this purchase has been very different.
Our salesperson, Mustafa, was wonderful—friendly, patient, and helpful. Our concerns are not with him.
In finance, we were told an approximately $1,500 “Elite Protection Plan” was required, which increased the price beyond what was advertised online and what we expected based on our bank’s financing estimate.
The day after purchase, we contacted HGreg because the A/C was not cooling properly. Kia later found the A/C had been overcharged with Freon and appeared to have been previously worked on. Thankfully, the A/C repair was covered under Kia’s warranty.
While the vehicle was on the lift, Kia also found significant damage underneath that appeared consistent with a previous accident. This was concerning because the vehicle was advertised as having no accident history and the Carfax was clean.
The vehicle is now back at Kia for a separate issue. Ally, our extended warranty provider, is willing to cover the repair but requested verification from HGreg regarding the multi-point inspection they advertise because we have driven the vehicle very little since purchasing it.
Ally sent the request, but HGreg has not provided the information. I also tried to speak with a manager and was unable to do so.
At this point, the vehicle is sitting at Kia waiting on documentation from HGreg so the current repair can move forward.
**My advice: do not rely solely on the Carfax or advertised inspection. Have the vehicle independently inspected during the grace period.**

Bunch of losers sold the car right in…
Bunch of losers sold the car right in the middle of working the deal don't waste your time. You'd be better off buying from a common thief on the street.

Warning: very risky experience
Went to look at a truck and they waited until the very end of the negotiation to inform me of ‘Severe Structural Damage’ after asking several times why the price was so low. Dodged a massive bullet and cut my losses with a wasted 2 hours. There have to be other victims from this dealership and there is no trust or confidence based on the other reviews.

I would never recommend this dealership…
I would never recommend this dealership if you want to avoid a bad experience. They sell cars with all kinds of hidden problems, and when you go back to complain, no one takes responsibility for anything. You end up feeling completely scammed.

I deeply regret buying from HGreg Nissan Miami
I purchased a used vehicle long-distance from HGreg Nissan Miami for approximately $23,000, and it was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. I strongly caution other buyers, especially those purchasing remotely.
From the beginning, my salesman Steven Martinez was difficult to reach, requiring repeated follow-ups just to answer basic questions and close the sale. After escalating through dealership management and ultimately contacting executive leadership, Albert from corporate Risk Management became my escalation contact. His communication was frequently defensive and dismissive, and I never received a response from any other executive I contacted. What should have been the dealership's most straightforward transaction of the year - an out-of-state cash buyer - became an almost 2-month-long headache of back and forth and chasing various contacts for basic requests. Even the closing paperwork had to be revised three times because, after weeks of speaking with me, Steven still didn't know my name.
After HGreg had my money, obtaining basic information became even harder. They refused to provide any transparency regarding shipping—no carrier information, tracking or reliable delivery date.
They also repeatedly refused to provide an official bill of sale. This became a significant problem when I needed to file an insurance claim shortly after delivery and my insurer required proof of ownership. Even my insurance adjuster couldn't get HGreg's finance department to return her calls.
The same happened with my Virginia title and registration. HGreg refused to provide proof that paperwork had been submitted, tracking information or even the identity of the third-party processor. My permanent registration finally arrived nearly two months after purchase.
Worst of all, less than a week after delivery, a body molding completely fell off the vehicle. Underneath it, body shops discovered extensive evidence of previous repair: numerous non-factory holes drilled into the door, previous refinishing and evidence that the molding had been glued back on. Three body shops examined it, and I am now facing approximately $5,000 to replace the affected door.
This is especially troubling because the CarFax reported structural damage, so I specifically questioned Steven about this before purchasing and was assured that the vehicle did not actually have structural damage and that this type of notation was standard for auction vehicles. I relied on that explanation.
To be fair, I cannot prove what HGreg knew about the prior repair. However, all three body shops told me they would be very surprised if a dealership thoroughly inspecting this vehicle hadn't noticed evidence of it. I did hire a private inspector to inspect the vehicle prior to closing; however, that inspector's focus was on mechanical soundness and a visual overview of the vehicle's body.
HGreg's response? I bought the vehicle "as-is." They refuse to discuss the repair further.
I understand what "as-is" means; however, I purchased the vehicle based on what was represented to me about its condition. Had I known I know now, I never would have bought it.
Between the terrible communication, lack of transparency, documentation problems and now a ~$5,000 repair, I deeply regret doing business with HGreg Nissan Miami and strongly recommend prospective buyers take their business elsewhere.
