Purchased a car from them and 2 days after the vehicle was delivered, I had a vehicle that stalls at every stop. Reported it and was told the vehicle was “as-is”. Would be nice to know the vehicle was stalling before I made the commitment. Applause for HGreg fooling another customer. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Carvana. Best experience EVER! And, they actually resolve issues that you run into with your “as-is” vehicle. 🙃

Whatever you do not buy a car from HGREG.com Orlando. You will regret it. I purchased a 2019 Buick from them, traded in my Honda cross tour for an Enclave SUV. That was on July 27, 2019, On August 17, HGreg dealership office finally mailed out my paperwork to get the Buick registered. It is now September 10, and we still do not have a title nor tags for the car. Moreover, we are on our second temp tags, working on getting another temp tag (our third one) just so we can drive our car on the road legally till October, per them before we can get our tags and title. We have left numerous messages for the General Manager Karlos, since August 22 and he has refused to return any of my calls. We counted out how many times we have called for the General Manager Karlos, and it was 14 times in the nearly three weeks we have been trying. Save yourself the headaches. They are fast on taking your money to sell that car but slow in finalizing the licenses and tags. Oh, and to answer the important question, they will not allow you to license the vehicle yourself. I asked when we were buying the vehicle. I wanted to do the leg work myself in getting my car licensed; they won’t allow you too. They charge a high fee for that and will not give you the paperwork to let you license it personally. I am stilling fighting them to get the car registered. What concerns me is that my auto loan with my bank has the loan as an auto loan. However, The bank requires within 60 days to have the title from the dealership otherwise, the loan will convert to a personal loan and the APR will go up. Meaning I will have to pay a higher apr if I can't get HGREG.com to get my car registered

I purchased a vehicle with the asssurance that it was under manufacturers warranty and also purchased an extended warranty. I have had several issues with it since driving off the lot because their advertised reassurance of a multipoint vehicle inspection is clearly not being upheld. The manufacturers warranty cannot be applied because the vehicle is missing actual parts and HGreg is dragging their feet on taking responsibility for the repairs on an issue their pre-sale “inspection” did not catch. Phone calls and emails to their customer service go unanswered and the store manager continues to pass the buck on responsibility to the cars original manufacturer. 1 week later, my car has not been repaired, HGreg customer service does not follow up and I’m incurring transportation costs while awaiting for them to stop avoiding me and proactively begin assisting a customer. I’ve opened a ticket with corporate, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, filed complaints/reviews with various reputable sites, attempted to contact their VP of Operations via Facebook since the company will not provide his contact information and make daily calls and emails to every contact I can find. As a customer making a purchase, I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone and urge any used car buyer to avoid this nightmare of an experience at all costs.

Poor Dealership Services and Management--- They claim instant KBB Value and check for your vehicle whether you buy a car from them or not but when you sell them the car they make all types of excuses and ask you to come tomorrow, the employee in accounting is gone, we need 2 signatures on check the manager won't be in are among excuses. Their employee specifically states it will take 20-30 minutes for Hgreg to cut you a check if you decided to sell your car. This is FALSE. The management team member Carlos has extremely poor and unacceptable behavior. This manager's demeanor is unnecessarily aggressive, extremely rude and insulting. At Hgreg a smile and great customer service last only if you buy a car from them or trade in your car for one of theirs. They are just like any other used car dealer with a fancier and bigger lot with a bunch of lies and management that lacks courtesy and respect to deal with customers who would only want to sell their vehicle without buying one of theirs.
