Very misleading
The software sucks. I don't see any value in it other than it makes 20 videos for you to choose? But all of the videos suck and I can tell none of them would convert. Really disappointed because I thought this would point out my blind spots for me and have a system to where it go fixes it for me when I ask it to/allow it to, but it just made crappy slideshow videos and text on screens that won't convert users at all. Was honestly very misleading. You're better off to make to go study other people's viral formats and make a tool in Loveable to go make the videos for you. Was genuinely super hyped about this and hopeful but it just sucks. Don't waste your money on it.

Hi Anna, First, one ask: let's keep this respectful. Call the product disappointing, wrong for you, or not what you expected, and we will read that closely and act on it. "Sucks" gives us nothing to work with. Now the substance, because you have judged the platform on a fraction of it. On results. One customer wrote to us last week: "20,000 views in only a week." Check it below. That is the total across her posts, not a single video, on an account that was set up properly and posted consistently. Others have written about their results on this page, and they are worth reading next to this review. What decides the outcome is following the setup, and that is the part you did not reach. You can customise the content, extensively. Post settings, behind the gear icon on the Videos screen, holds your content angles, your tone of voice, your do's and don'ts, how your product is described and who appears on screen. You can write up to 100 of your own angles and rebuild the entire deck against them without spending a single swipe. Judging the default deck is judging the settings you never opened. Videos are not the platform. HeyCatch finds live Reddit and X conversations where your buyer is already asking for what you sell, and drafts your replies. It audits your site or your app store listing. It tracks who arrives and where they drop off. It works your SEO and your visibility in AI search. You reviewed one part of five. And organic growth does not happen in a day. You have had an account for twenty-four hours. Accounts need warming, decks improve as you steer them, traffic compounds. This takes weeks and months. Anyone promising you conversions on day one is selling you something we are not, and I genuinely wish you patience with it, because that is the whole game. The offer to help stands if you want it. But a one-day verdict on a deck you never configured does not describe what this platform actually does. Anatol, co-founder
