The app has a lot of potential and one…
These guys got a long ways to go. Their ads on Facebook over promise and under-deliever. Ive emailed them numerous times over broken features. They credit me more time to an 80 dollar app...that was launched with almost know bug checking like to the degree this appears as a money grab. The big reason im have now changed my review 3 times is i had a 5 year old reddit account that id had a blast on and 2 days after hooking it to Heycatch it gets banned. So I don't get to mad for no reason and start a new one...with zero posts on it...hadn't had the time to MAKE MY OWN POST!!! HEYCATCH! But I go on Heycatch today to look at it and it looks like they were fixing the fact their ai couldn't read the images on the social replying attempt. Boom..account happened to be banned. Seems odd that I have two accounts banned 1 never used with Heycatch attached to them. Your new blog post feature that I had to basically 100% rewrite myself because it was littered with inaccurate claims. I spent more time correcting the errors than had i just wrote my own post. This app should not be public.you know what mines half shit right now too. This is a terrible experience. I see what ai is doing and there's so much uncompleted shit out there that people can build in 2 days and prepare an ad claiming anything , slap a price on it...generally over priced and hope no one leaves a honest review. You guys got a long ways to go. It was kind interaction with ya all but this isn't acceptable.

Drew, you raised a lot here, so here is an answer to each point. The ads. In your first review on this page you wrote that you were averaging 900 to 1,200 views a day from your posts. That is what the product is built to do. The emails about broken features. Yes, you wrote to us, and we answered each report. The bug where reply drafts ignored the images in posts was logged on 12 October and fixed on 15 October. When it showed up again on X, we shipped a second fix on 22 October, and you confirmed on 24 October that it works. For those reports we added 14 extra days to your account. The "80 dollar app". In total you have paid $19.95, for the two-week starter plan on 3 October. On top of that you have had 42 days at no charge: 14 for the bugs, and 28 days plus 300 bonus credits you accepted when you cancelled. Your access runs to 28 November and nothing further will be charged. Reddit. HeyCatch does not post to Reddit for you. Catches are drafts that you copy and post yourself, and none of yours were marked as posted through us. The first Reddit drafts on your project are dated 12 October, while you told us on 9 October that your old account had already been suspended. On 5 October our account check warned that your new account was too young for promotion, and that a name matching the product reads as a brand to moderators. When replies later paused, our check could not see that profile publicly, which usually means a shadow ban, and we advised an appeal rather than another new account. The blog article. You are right, and we confirmed the specific errors back to you on 22 October: where the shadow sits, where the HP lettering differs, the Lightning symbol, and the price range that contradicted the rest of the article. We are strengthening the fact-checking step for articles. At the same time, AI is still AI, and it is worth not overestimating what it can do: on a niche topic like this, a draft still needs a human read before it goes out. "Built in 2 days". HeyCatch has been in development for 7 months by a team of 8. It is a complex product with thousands of details, so gaps do come up, and we fix them as soon as they are found, as your own reports show. And every review on this page is honest, including the critical ones. We answer all of them. Thank you for the bug reports. They made the product better. Anatol, co-founder, HeyCatch
