Has so much potential but dissapointed so far. Started off strong with the website audit and optimisation. The feature I was most excited about what the posts. Hardly any diversity. My app is built for black women which the tool identified but kept serving me white women and totally generic posts. I added my own content but some of the images dont match their suggested posts. A slideshow talking about food is showing unrelated exercise content. You would think editing the media would be possible but it's not. And then audio is muted and replaced with off brand music. Then after going through hours to set up, I realised they are planning to charge triple the price in my next bill. This feels deceitful. It was not made clear during sign up and many people are complaining about being charged an unexpected amount. The founders should really take these reviews seriously or they will lose a lot of customers. They seem very defensive in their replies.

Rachael, thank you for the review.
You are right that the images did not fit your audience, and that a generated post does not let you change its image. We are actively working on exactly that: the ability to change images on your posts will be added within the next two weeks.

The app has a lot of potential and one…
These guys got a long ways to go. Their ads on Facebook over promise and under-deliever. Ive emailed them numerous times over broken features. They credit me more time to an 80 dollar app...that was launched with almost know bug checking like to the degree this appears as a money grab. The big reason im have now changed my review 3 times is i had a 5 year old reddit account that id had a blast on and 2 days after hooking it to Heycatch it gets banned. So I don't get to mad for no reason and start a new one...with zero posts on it...hadn't had the time to MAKE MY OWN POST!!! HEYCATCH! But I go on Heycatch today to look at it and it looks like they were fixing the fact their ai couldn't read the images on the social replying attempt. Boom..account happened to be banned. Seems odd that I have two accounts banned 1 never used with Heycatch attached to them. Your new blog post feature that I had to basically 100% rewrite myself because it was littered with inaccurate claims. I spent more time correcting the errors than had i just wrote my own post. This app should not be public.you know what mines half shit right now too. This is a terrible experience. I see what ai is doing and there's so much uncompleted shit out there that people can build in 2 days and prepare an ad claiming anything , slap a price on it...generally over priced and hope no one leaves a honest review. You guys got a long ways to go. It was kind interaction with ya all but this isn't acceptable.

Drew, you raised a lot here, so here is an answer to each point.
The ads. In your first review on this page you wrote that you were averaging 900 to 1,200 views a day from your posts. That is what the product is built to do.
The emails about broken features. Yes, you wrote to us, and we answered each report. The bug where reply drafts ignored the images in posts was logged on 12 October and fixed on 15 October. When it showed up again on X, we shipped a second fix on 22 October, and you confirmed on 24 October that it works. For those reports we added 14 extra days to your account.
The "80 dollar app". In total you have paid $19.95, for the two-week starter plan on 3 October. On top of that you have had 42 days at no charge: 14 for the bugs, and 28 days plus 300 bonus credits you accepted when you cancelled. Your access runs to 28 November and nothing further will be charged.
Reddit. HeyCatch does not post to Reddit for you. Catches are drafts that you copy and post yourself, and none of yours were marked as posted through us. The first Reddit drafts on your project are dated 12 October, while you told us on 9 October that your old account had already been suspended. On 5 October our account check warned that your new account was too young for promotion, and that a name matching the product reads as a brand to moderators. When replies later paused, our check could not see that profile publicly, which usually means a shadow ban, and we advised an appeal rather than another new account.
The blog article. You are right, and we confirmed the specific errors back to you on 22 October: where the shadow sits, where the HP lettering differs, the Lightning symbol, and the price range that contradicted the rest of the article. We are strengthening the fact-checking step for articles. At the same time, AI is still AI, and it is worth not overestimating what it can do: on a niche topic like this, a draft still needs a human read before it goes out.
"Built in 2 days". HeyCatch has been in development for 7 months by a team of 8. It is a complex product with thousands of details, so gaps do come up, and we fix them as soon as they are found, as your own reports show. And every review on this page is honest, including the critical ones. We answer all of them.
Thank you for the bug reports. They made the product better.

HeyCatch feels like having a marketing co-founder!
HeyCatch feels like having a marketing co-founder on the LSAT BEAST team.
I was honestly surprised by how well it understood our brand voice and younger audience, and by the accuracy and depth of the educational content it created.
The attention to detail made it feel like we’d built the content together.
Response from HeyCatchOct 19, 2026
Thank you, William 🤝
A marketing co-founder for LSAT BEAST is exactly the role we want to play. Glad it got your brand voice and your younger audience right, and that the educational content held up on accuracy.

Didnt love it
Didnt love it, took a long time to set up and the videos didnt suit my brand at all, might be good for someone but not me. Got charged $79 or so and luckily got it refunded. The posts it makes arent anything crazy at all. For the price, you could set up an automated posted on an app like Muse or Grokbot for a fraction of the cost and have way more control of the work being made
Response from HeyCatchOct 16, 2026
Christian, thank you for the honest review, and glad the refund was sorted quickly.
One thing worth explaining, because it is easy to miss in the first days: the videos are not random. Each one is built from what is trending right now and what people on each platform are actually engaging with, and the system keeps pulling new trends in, so you are not limited to the first batch you see. That is the difference from a simple auto-poster, and it takes far more than a scheduled template to build.
You are right that the setup takes time at the start. It is one-time: once the product brief and post settings are in place, it does not repeat. On the brand fit, you can give the videos your own images and footage in Post settings and set them to use only yours.
It is not the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you giving it a try.

HeyCatch published 200 posts across…
HeyCatch published 200 posts across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for Lucru Home in 30 days. As a solo founder, that level of consistency is not something I could have maintained by hand while building the product. It runs without me having to think about it.

Thank you 🤝
200 posts across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in 30 days, without you having to think about it, is exactly how it is meant to work while you build the product.

I signed up for HeyCatch after their ad… Promised paying customers, delivered wrong slideshows. Refund ignored.
I signed up for HeyCatch after their ad promised paying customers within weeks. Within an hour I had learned that my buyers (home bakers in Facebook groups) are not on any platform they cover, and I asked in their chat for a human review or a refund. Their reply, hours later, only told me how to pick photos for the videos. It never addressed the cancellation or refund I asked for.
The “videos” they generated are slideshows of irrelevant stock photos with a text overlay. The first slide said my fee was “about $100 a month,” which is false, and the pictures were wine, charcuterie and a sandwich for a bakery product. Even the showcase on their own site is unrelated clips and photos with the same overlay. Any basic generation tool would give better results.
The product asks you to install tracking on your website and says it will help sell your product. In my experience it produced a site audit I could have gotten for free and nothing else.
I cancelled the subscription myself. Nothing of value was delivered, and my refund request is still unanswered.
Response from HeyCatchOct 12, 2026
Ivan, we did talk this through with you. In our chat we offered to fix what you saw and explained how the videos and the setup work.
Two hours before you posted this review, we wrote to you in that chat that your subscription was cancelled and your payment was being refunded in full, since it was clear you did not want to spend more time on it. The refund has gone through: $29.95, back to your card. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
The platform works as intended. It does need a one-time manual setup at the start, and that is the part you met. We automate about 90% of the work, but the remaining 10% is yours to do at the beginning. What you were looking for was a magic pill, and that does not exist.

Wow, useful website audit!
Wow, HeyCatch gave me the most detailed and actionable feedback on our website. And it generates excellent social media content, 20 posts a day!
