Has so much potential but dissapointed
Has so much potential but dissapointed so far. Started off strong with the website audit and optimisation. The feature I was most excited about what the posts. Hardly any diversity. My app is built for black women which the tool identified but kept serving me white women and totally generic posts. I added my own content but some of the images dont match their suggested posts. A slideshow talking about food is showing unrelated exercise content. You would think editing the media would be possible but it's not. And then audio is muted and replaced with off brand music. Then after going through hours to set up, I realised they are planning to charge triple the price in my next bill. This feels deceitful. It was not made clear during sign up and many people are complaining about being charged an unexpected amount. The founders should really take these reviews seriously or they will lose a lot of customers. They seem very defensive in their replies.

Rachael, thank you for the review. You are right that the images did not fit your audience, and that a generated post does not let you change its image. We are actively working on exactly that: the ability to change images on your posts will be added within the next two weeks. Anatol, co-founder, HeyCatch
