I purchased an 8-week plan for $49.95 and decided the product wasn't a fit on the first day. I completed the onboarding/product brief, reviewed the generated analysis and site audits, and went through the initial task cards, but I never connected a social account or launched any distribution through the platform. I requested a refund the same day. HeyCatch declined a full refund because they considered the onboarding, audits, and 100 credits used that day to represent the first half of the 8-week plan. They offered to refund $24.98 for the unused second half. My issue isn't that I never clicked anything in the product. It's that a few hours of evaluating and configuring a new service on the first day resulted in only half of an 8-week purchase being considered refundable. That refund policy and experience did not meet my expectations, which is why I'm leaving this review.

Thomas, thank you for laying out exactly what happened, it makes this straightforward to answer. On that first day the work on your account was already done, not just clicked through. We analysed your product, mapped your audience and analysed your competitors' sites. You got a site audit, and with it an action plan: what to fix on your site to make it much stronger as a marketing asset. We also generated two weeks of videos ahead. They are built straight away from the data you enter, so that work and its cost happen on day one. That is why our policy treats an 8-week plan as two halves: the first covers the work already delivered, and the unused second half is refundable. That $25 has already been refunded to you. On top of that, as a goodwill gesture, we have kept your access open for the full 8 weeks, until 16 November, so everything is still there for you to use. We believe we acted fairly, and we stand by it. HeyCatch is an honest service: you pay for work that is actually done, and we return what is not. Anatol, co-founder, HeyCatch
