I have made so many friends jealous of…
I have made so many friends jealous of my hey Abby. It's simple and affordable and it is satisfying. The crew at hey Abby are on top of every question I ask within a couple hours (that was over holiday break!!!) If you are on the fence I say DO IT!

The bots used for Customer service were…
The bots used for Customer service were completely unreliable. I sent this machine back. The box was damaged on the outside and none of the sensors worked. Waste of money

Cool concept.
Cool concept. No updates on nothing Their discord is no help. The system works but will have to be modified. Wish I could get my money back

Customer Service is Terrible
After two plus months of back and forth emails. A replacement hey Abby box was sent. I am waiting for a shipping label to return the defective box. Now the membership that I am paying for says expired. Hey abby customer support which consists of emails the next day. Says to reset up the box. No directions how to do that. I deleted everything in plugged and started from the beginning. It still indicates membership expired. Dealing with Hey Abby company has been the worst experience of my entire life. Good concept ok product if it were to work properly but a Terrible company to deal with. My advice to anyone reading this is to pay more and buy from Amazon and if you have the same problems as I have you will not have the same hassle is returning.

Great help with a couple of issues
Great help with a couple of issues, all resolved within a day and replacement parts posted out immediately. Customer service was fantastic, Jake was on point and really resourceful.

After sending several hundred bucks in
After sending several hundred bucks in seeds I never could get them to germinate. In addition my account had two different emails which I tried to get taken care of so I could use the machine. The account was not fixed and I now have a thousand dollar paper weight that I have zero interest in. The website appears to be professional but as nice as the machines are, it makes no sense to own if the customer service is this bad. It’s like owning a nice shiny new car, but no gas to run it! Loosing a thousand bucks is not good, Don’t do it and be a victim like me.

Our grower team offered detailed guidance and tips to help successfully germinate and sprout your seeds- these steps/tips are crucial, so make sure you follow them and make any adjustments necessary. The grower also asked for a picture of your seed to see how to better help you. Please reply to the growers and share pictures of seed at your conveniene.
