I enjoy it im having problems with it staying on

The actual product is fantastic. The problem is a quality assurance since the manufacturing of it is inconsistent. There are usually alignment gaps (some can be solved), and some people report some malfunction or common issues. The problem I have is with the stocking, listing, and the accessories that are always sold out and not restocked. I have been waiting for accessories such as the trellis starters kit, trellis nets, the bud cam, the bloom lights, nano airstone, and other accessories, but they have been out of stock forever and no sign of restocking. Customer service is very generic, and the 1 on 1 assistance is basically non existent. You can communicate with them and they will get back to you. But there is no live support. Also one of my boxes was purchased on Amazon and was supposed to be the OG Pro but I received the 420 pro. So now I have 2 420 pros instead of having a OG Pro. I am concerned about parts, after a while. Is the accessories are always out of stock and sold out, what if I need maintenance parts or exchange part, such as a new USB hub if it’s defective or any other part. Over all though the actual box is fantastic. I would recommend using your own nutrients, but the hey Abby nutes will do the job. For a new or inexperienced grower looking to start small or to learn, it is excellent.

I give this company four stars because it definitely has a lot of effort that other companies that are more successful with their equipment being that I have both a Hey Abby and Ac Infinity cloud lab 743 tent with the board light and the T7 humidifier the heater fans, the works, etc. And I have the AI plus controller as well. But there’s something that Hey Abby does that I feel lacks in other companies, and that’s paying attention to your growth cycle. Hey Abby knows when to dim or raise the lighting according to your stage of growth. Versus other companies, I have to guess when it’s time to move the lights or dim them or raise them. For me, that should be AI doing that as well and the AC Infinity does not. Hey Abby has an app where the community can talk to each other and help each other. There’s communities on discord for other companies, but it’s not the same as having your own application. The application definitely needs some TLC and could use more features, but it’s definitely a step ahead of most companies that are a step ahead with their equipment. Hey Abby has serious potential, but it has to invest in the customers ideas and it has to cater to the customers needs. The one on one online support is no longer available because they are shortstaffed and can’t take on so many callers at once so I get that. But from my experience with their customer service, especially with Kayla, it may not be the fastest customer service, but it’s still good customer service because if something is not right, and you can prove that it’s not right they will make sure that they honor their warranties. Hey Abby was my first grow appliance, so I’m not going to talk down on it even though I have a little bit better equipment now. But for what it was in a Hey Abby 420 pro hydroponics grow box, it actually grew some really good “Tomatoe Buds” and if you go in the Hey Abby app into the community, you can see so many successful grows coming out of this file cabinet looking box. And I’ve sat in amazement like wow if you know what you’re doing, you can actually grow something really good and even if you don’t know what you’re doing it’s still works because I honestly didn’t know what I was doing in the beginning, but it was really plug-and play. So I give Hey Abby my four stars because I’ve been with them for under a year and I’ve had to service my Hey Abby but I’ve been attended to accordingly. Anyone that gets frustrated with a small companies customer service just doesn’t understand the art of business. But like I said, no matter what they will take care and honor their warranties. The perfect product for beginners and those who wanna dive into growing at all. Very helpful and supportive services. I do have one complaint though. The Abby store needs to be updated and refined and with much more to purchase. There should be plant basket packs of maybe 5-10. There should be grow sponge packs. Both types. I also feel they should offer a more broad spectrum of nutrients to use. Otherwise it’s a very informative, useful product. I’ve grown two plants now and not disappointed with what it has provided me.

Bought the first abby box over a year ago. Some learning curve but not much and not difficult. Can only grow auto flowers without moving to a tent as anything else literally outgrown the box. We liked the ease and results so much eo now run 5 abby boxes in rotation keeping us in high quality bud. Growing doesn't get much easier. Add cal mag and fish shit to abby s chemicals fot best results. Temps and humidity handles by AI .

As advertised. Only issue is the door doesn’t close flush.

I've contacted Hey Abby three times now regarding different issues. Response has always been prompt and for the most part accurate. I have run into the issue of having to send the same information to 2 or 3 different representatives but only something as simple as a short video or SN screenshot. Twice they were prompt at sending replacement parts. Once a BT meter and once an air pump. Both were received roughly 7-10 days after issue first occured.
