Buyer Beware: They will charge you £3000 on your credit card even if car damage is not your fault
I rented the car and on same day I parked car. Some one else reversed onto the parked rental car causing damage. I got formal incident report to state I am not at fault hence other person should be paying for damage, but despite this, Hertz charged my £3000 on my credit card. - If the car damaged was my fault sure, I accept. But as the car damage is not my fault, this behaviour of charging £3000 for damage that I have evidence is caused by another person is not acceptable - I have emailed customer.service.starc at gbh.fr to try and resolve this matter but they unfortunately did not resolve this matter for me at all. Robbers I say.
