Probably the worst company I have dealt with . Automatic subscription which I had to pay . Hard to cancel and would not refund product when returned within 14 days . Because it should have gone to Poland ? Very disappointed with these people .

This is one of the worst companys i have ever delt with I placed my first order after the next order i wanted to cencel it i contacted them and told them to cancel the order to make sure i contacted my bank to get them also to cancel it did thy no when i contacted my bank thy just seid sorry for that we will cancel the order did thy no and its been going on like this for the last three orders that i dont want .and noboddy seems wants to cencel it the bank or sp herbies thy just keep sending anther order Haw do i get them or the bank to cancel when you ask for the adress thy wont send it so i cannot stop it and the adress is in poland.its a right f scam

Firstly I didn't realise this was a subscription, on contacting customer service got a reply back very quickly with a solution. I have now been using the herbies product for a couple of weeks now and they seem to be doing what they are supposed to do, now no bloated feeling, toilet functions now easier and regular. Not feeling tired as I was before and getting through daily life a bit easier now.
