Herb affair took the money but couldn't fill the order would not respond to phone calls or emails had to get charges reversed by Bank. Complete waste of time and energy will not try them again.

Customer service is very quick to respond with any issues.

Good customer service, great product- thee capsule filler!

I purchased the capsule-it in size 00 and after making my first pills and completely impressed. I can't wait to make more and will definitely be buying ALL the other sizes! Shipping was quick too. Also there was a mix up with me purchasing the ebook at a time when it was free with purchase. I sent an email and they responded and returned my money in less than 12 hours. Great company! Very professional.

I ordered two Capsule makers from Herb Affair, one a size O and the second a size OO to replace my OO which was lost during a move. Within an hour of ordering the OO my unit was found. I promptly reached out to the folks at Herb Affair to see if they would cancel the order for the OO unit and to my surprise they Did Cancel The Order For The OO unit with no strings attached ! I will be back to Herb Affair for any capsule making supplies and no one else ! THANK YOU HERB AFFAIR
