Herb Affair...a stellar company
Herb Affair was super helpful, friendly and courteous with some complications that arose with my order (none of which were their fault). Kristine was very patient with my situation. My gut feeling is that this company has a lot of integrity and good people on their staff. I think the company has good intentions and is in the business to help people. Beware...they take your $$ this is a scam company
I placed an order for their Capsule-It capsule filler machine and a 1000 size "00" capsules. After paying, i waited for a confirmation, yet none was sent. I've emailed the company several times asking for a confirmation, they never respond to emails or phone calls. The owners of Herb Affair, will happily take your money, and refuse to ship any product. Total scam!! All of these positive 5 star posts must be fake and written by the 3 owners. Beware! I found a similar Capule-it product at temu.com

Hi Eric, You must not be getting any of our replies. We have replied to each of your inquiries. Our system has also sent your order confirmation, tracking confirmation and when your order gets delivered tomorrow you will get a delivery confirmation. We have never received a phone call from you or any voicemails. I would be happy to speak with you on the phone, but you do not seem to reply to any of our messages, but you have edited this review five separate times now. If you have any questions about your order, it is generally easier to discus with us via email as opposed to editing your review daily. You can just reply to our email and we will get right back to you with a response. And yes, we do have three owners; myself, my brother and father. The last thing we want is for you to feel like you are not getting what you paid for. As I said, we would be happy to clarify anything with you. Please contact us through the correct channels. I was considering the product and glad I read the 1 star reviews. Saved me a lot of trouble.
I was considering the product and placed it in my cart BUT did not order. Then I have received an email from them daily with different percentages off. I decided to take them up on the 20% off offer. When I click on the link in my email the first page I am brought to has "congratulations We'll pay your shipping" So I started to follow through with the order. Upon starting the check out process there was a shipping charge of close to $10. I stopped checking out and tried to phone them SEVERAL times in the past two days. No one answers the phone. I think I have tried a total of 8 times then decided to do some research on reviews. After reading the one star reviews and seeing the similar problems with no response from herb affair I can only conclude that this is a shady company and the 5 star reviews as well as their responses to the 1 star reviews are a bunch of made up stuff that really is not true.

Hi Brenda, I am sorry for the confusion with our shipping policy. As we mentioned over multiple emails, we do offer free shipping for orders over $75. If a coupon is used and it brings your total below $75, then there will be flat rate option of $6.95. The order must be over $75 after any coupons are applied to receive free shipping.

Great Customer Service!
This is the first time I ordered from Herb Affair and I found myself in a situation where I needed to reach out to Customer Service. Kristine explained what was going on and offered an agreeable resolution, therefore fixing the issue without any kind of hassle. I'll definitely be a return customer!
