Hera was the perfect partner for us every step of the way, from their educational content on durability to our in-person consultation and the seamless customization process. And then there's the ring. The sparkle is unbelievable, and I am constantly in awe of the stunning hand-engraving. I genuinely have had strangers come up and tell me how much they love my ring. And more than that, it's the absolute perfect encapsulation of our relationship: beautiful, one-of-a-kind, and built to last.

My fiancée and I chose Hera to create our custom engagement rings due to their reputation for making beautiful and durable pieces. We worked with Julie from consultation to proposal and had a wonderful experience. She was there every step of the way from concept to stone choice and final approval. My fiancée chose an uncommon stone cut and Hera was able to source the perfect stone. We are incredibly pleased with the entire process and will be working with Hera, and hopefully Julie, in the future!

I recently lost my wedding ring set. Losing my engagement and wedding ring set was incredibly emotional and I was dreading trying to create a ring (because I loved my original so much), but working with Hera was truly such an incredible experience. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into something truly special, collaborative, and exciting! From the very beginning, every single person at Hera was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and created the ring of my dreams—something even more beautiful and meaningful than I could have imagined. Our original consult was with Mike, and Mike was so kind and attentive and most importantly, easy to connect with. He listened to every single concern/priority I had and made sure I felt great about the choices I made. They have so many options (and I changed my mind no less than 5 times) and he was incredibly patient and asked me several times if I wanted to see other pieces to make sure I felt really great about my new rings. Hera has absolutely nailed communication and the ordering/production process as a whole. What really stood out to me was how easy and enjoyable they made the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way with progress photos and videos, which made me feel so involved and reassured throughout. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and always made me feel heard. Kerryclare and Mike both supported me while my ring was being made and Kerryclare truly answered probably hundreds of questions and went above and beyond. Quick responses, in depth answers, and a LOT of compassion and excitement are just a few of the ways Kerry made my feel like their only client (even though I absolutely know that’s not the case!). We also had to work through a jewelry claim, too. Another thing I was very anxious about - they basically did everything and it was a very low maintenance process for me. They worked seamlessly with Jewelers Mutual, handling the insurance claim process so smoothly that it took a huge weight off my shoulders. I didn’t have deal with payments, documents or any of that - just paid the difference and they took care of absolutely everything else. I wish I could eloquently put into words what an amazing experience working with Hera has been. I live in NYC and the amount of options out there are endless, but I knew I wanted to work with a small business because it is a very special and white glove experience. Hera over delivered in every way. I am beyond grateful for their craftsmanship, communication, and care. I would recommend them 100 times over to anyone looking for a jeweler who truly goes above and beyond. Beyond their customer service and process management - my ring is an absolute beauty and I still can’t believe it’s mine! My fiancé and I love the ring. I had a tight timeline and everyone worked with me to get it to me in time. The teams work was great and my consultant was on top of everything. I had a problem with the first payment link, but my consultant was able to problem solve the issue. I had an overall wonderful experience.

I had an amazing experience with Hera Fine Jewelry. Firstly, the products themselves are perfect. I ordered the Annalise Oval Ring and the Fiona Ring from them and I am so pleased with how well-made and stunning they are. The rings look and feel extremely high quality. No other place had so many design selections that captivated me and made me obsessed. It was incredibly hard for me to choose the designs/specs of my rings, and I am so grateful to Hera’s customer service rep (Kerryclare) for being extremely helpful, kind, and responding quickly to my emails throughout my correspondence with them. The customer service was so attentive—answering my many questions, fulfilling specific requests I had for the rings, and ensuring that I had received my package. I’ve recommended Hera to my sister and all of my friends who haven’t yet gotten engaged.
