Working with Shaye and Hera as a whole was a wonderful experience! I got a custom engagement ring for my partner and every step of the way was clearly laid out for me from consultation to final design. Every question I had was answered promptly and in detail by an attentive staff. I could not ask for more in terms of customer service and ring quality. The final product is stunning and more than I could have imagined. It truly felt like everyone I worked with was dedicated to making my dream ring a reality. I went into engagement ring shopping with very minimal knowledge, and was immediately drawn to Hera's educational and honest approach to all the ins and outs. I booked a showroom appointment immediately and met with Dana, who was absolutely stellar. She was so informative, patient, encouraging, and made what was initially a daunting process enjoyable and exciting. My ring is something I'm proud to wear, not just for the stunning and meticulous craftsmanship, (hand-engraved!!) but because it serves as a reminder of all of the kindness, care, and support we received from the Hera team during every step of the process. The Hera team were great partners to my fiancé and I throughout the ring search process. I came in with a sense of what type of stone I wanted and an interest in the more unique vintage details Hera offered, but was not sure exactly which design I wanted. I originally wanted to design my own custom ring, but after trying several options at a consultation I fell in love with the comfortable feeling and antique touches on the Oliver ring – and realized I could not design anything more elegant! Mike from the NYC showroom was patient and responsive as I tried on the different stone options available and kept us in the loop on the production process. Thank you, Hera!

Everything about the experience was absolutely lovely. The staff was responsive, the timelines were accurate, and the product delivered exceeded my hopes. Originally, I had a bespoke engagement ring created for my fiancée and those with whom I met to brainstorm the ring, spent time getting to know me and understanding my concerns about each aspect of the ring. They provided feedback about particular choices and guided me toward the ring of my (her) dreams. The engagement ring experience was so exceptional that we decided to have Hera make bespoke wedding bands for both of us. We picked them up this weekend and again, we are thrilled. We spent an extended period of talking about the edges of the ring and when I put it on in the showroom, it felt absolutely perfect. The decision to get engaged, and subsequently married, is a huge one filled with plenty of things to wonder about, think about, worry about, etc. The ring experience can be confusing and difficult with disappointment from what I’ve gathered. My experience with Hera was the opposite. I felt heard, my expectations were important, and the delivered product was exactly what I was looking for when I started the process.
