Kerryclare was so great throughout our custom engagement ring process. From working with my broad requests months ago in the days leading up to the surprise consultation I set up for my partner; to her helpfulness as I tried to piece together my partner’s preferences into the perfect ring; to her clear communication throughout the customization and payment process: Kerryclare was incredible and such a pleasure to work with. I absolutely adore the ring we received, and are so pleased with the entire process. I will absolutely be recommending Hera to any of my friends looking for a jeweler to embark with on the engagement ring journey.

After finding them on TikTok in 2023, I worked with Hera for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. When our daughter was born I knew I wanted to create an heirloom ring that could be passed down for generations. Without hesitation I reached out to Hera to help make my vision come to life. Kerryclare and the team were responsive, answered my never ending questions thoughtfully and with clarity and expertise, and had the patience to work on my timeline (moving forward only when I was ready). Every detail was discussed, the pros and cons for each design choice. Their expertise empowered me to make informed choices every step of the way. This all resulted in a beautiful hand engraved floral ring featuring our daughter’s birthstone and engraved with her name and birthdate. As with our wedding rings, I can trust that this ring was crafted ethically and made to last. Given my experiences, I will continue to reach out to and work with Hera Fine Jewelry for any custom/bespoke projects!

Jessalynn and the Hera team were really great to work with! Communication throughout and the whole process of adding a custom design to the Jackson Cathedral was seamless and we’re really happy with the results! The ring is absolutely gorgeous in person.

We love working with Hera. They were accommodating and helpful when making a decision. The only downside was there was no quick way to reach someone if we had questions, like a phone line. Besides that, everyone was attentive and so knowledgeable about rings and diamonds. It made it so easy to pick a ring and we loved the unique choices of designs and the various color gems available.

Julie made the experience so easy! She communicated throughout and was always available for questions. We both absolutely love our engagement rings- they are perfect!

Jessalynn was truly so amazing. She was so accommodating and explained everything to us every step of the way. She suggested the Sadie Oval ring to me after describing a few things I liked and immediately knew that was the one. She worked with me to help get my ring customized while my soon to be fiancé is deployed and was unable to communicate with her directly a lot of the time. She was so understanding of the situation we are in and I have never had such genuine and kind customer service and have nothing but glowing things to say about Jessalynn and Hera! The ring turned out absolutely perfect, truly the ring of my dreams! You can see the brands commitment to quality. We cannot wait to come back and get our wedding bands together! Thank you so much!!

We recently got my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Hera, and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. Not only are the rings beautiful, but the communication and attention to detail is just top notch. I’ve been dreaming of buying Hera rings for years, and I’m so happy to finally have my own Hera wedding set!
