Petra was such a great to help for me she helped me design the perfect ring to propose and my fiancé loves it!! The design process was easy and everything was well coordinated. I would 10/10 recommend this place as i had went to many different jewelry places but this was the only place that i felt could really do the custom that i was looking for and they delivered perfectly!!

We had a great experience with Hera. Our consultations were low-pressure and very informative, and the final result is beautiful. Our consultant Kerryclare was so friendly and responsive via email to our many questions, and she even pulled some strings to get the ring done faster than initially expected. I’m very proud to get to wear a beautifully crafted Hera ring for the rest of my life!

We had a wonderful experience with the Hera team! They provide great educational resources and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure in the process, so we had the freedom to pick the piece we loved best. Couldn’t be more happy with the final product — my ring is gorgeous and I get so many compliments on it

We had a wonderful experience working with Kerryclare on our wedding bands. She offered all of the ways we were able to customize the bands and was very helpful and responsive with all of our questions. We did notice one small mistake on one of them, but it was rectified quickly. The bands were made on time, fit and look great, and we can't wait to wear them.

Very special experience. Julie supported us to design our own engagement ring and brought the vision to life. Great communication with us throughout the whole process and great end product.

We went the bespoke route but did have an in person consultation with Jessalynn at the Pasadena location. She was very kind and showed us everything we asked for. We were aware of the timeline for bespoke rings. We went in March and got our ring delivered in August. We went back and forth on what design we wanted so that was more on us. When we finalized it, the ring was made faster than we anticipated and are in awe of the ring. It was definitely worth the wait and had all the touches that make Hera rings unique. We will be back when deciding on a wedding band.

I can’t begin to explain the lengths that the team at Hera went through to make mine and my fiancé’s dream come true. Down to the last minute the team was receptive, responsive, and engaged in the process and tending to my every worry. I couldn’t be more grateful that I went with such a hard working company, I would recommend EVERYONE go with Hera. Edit: special thanks to Jessalynn. She is an absolute saint.
