AuDHD approved, amazing individuals
First off, I want to address what is very important to those like me. I’m AuDHD, doing my homework and getting every little detail down prior to putting my trust into anything is an absolute obsession, so let me help ease that for others like myself in saying, “You can rely on this business, you are safe with them. They won’t pressure you and their quality is exceptional.” I do not do well over the phone or on video calls, since I require time when making important decisions. What started as an email asking a simple question of what I can expect turned into a design consultation over the course of several emails where we had time to respond when we felt confident. Nothing they ever said felt rushed or pushed, when addressing my concerns regarding my conditions, they never once made it seem uneasy, strange, or difficult to figure out. The rings are amazing quality, and they stand behind not only their guarantees if there are any issues, but follow up and personally ensure you are ok even after everything is done. Mine turned out to be just slightly too small due to my own attempt to try a half size smaller than my current ring. Mike, my contact for all this, not only helped me know my options, but also helped me set up a consultation at their Dallas showroom for a sizing and send-back to complete. Terra and Allison, the personnel we met there, were very personable and easy going. Everything felt like a natural progression, so if you have trouble becoming overwhelmed with comprehending signals and making indecisive decisions, they will do everything possible to help without any sense of anxiety. Even doing my homework on them, I could find nothing negative or hidden. Everyone is genuine, with only any reviews that were not perfect, didn’t fit what they personally were looking for but still praised their handling. If you’re a neurodivergent individual looking into this for some reason or another, take it from another, you are in good hands.
