I can’t begin to explain the lengths that the team at Hera went through to make mine and my fiancé’s dream come true. Down to the last minute the team was receptive, responsive, and engaged in the process and tending to my every worry. We had the most incredible experience working with Hera Fine Jewelry. We were originally planning to use family rings for our wedding bands, but when we had an issue with that plan somewhat last minute, we contacted Hera to see if we could order rings and get them delivered in time for our wedding. Since it’s the summer months and there was a delay due high demand and the summer holidays, we weren’t sure if our timeline could be met, but Mike worked hand in hand with us keeping us fully up to date every step of the way and we ended up getting our rings earlier than expected. I would recommend Hera to anyone and we couldn’t be happier with how our wedding bands turned out!
