Kimberly the NP I had my visit was awesome. I felt I had known her forever and she was very knowledgeable. She was able to share how she thought I would do, and we made some changes to my plan. I recommend her. Now I'm waiting for medication!!

After six months of clean eating and working out with a personal trainer multiple times a week, I was so disheartened to see the scale hadn’t even moved 3 pounds. I had my first meeting online and the experience was very positive. The NP was attentive, informative, and answered my questions without simply dumping a lot of information on me. If I had to compare this to an in-person doctor’s appointment, I’d have a hard time. It’s been years since a doctor actually listened to me and then responded to my questions without distraction or preoccupation.

So far everything has been seamless. The lab order came through promptly after completion of the proper forms. An appointment was scheduled with a provider, she was very professional even with some of my more sensitive topics. Now I am waiting to receive the appropriate subscription. It should arrive within the week if her information is correct. If that is true then the experience will be exemplary.
