The doctor and appointment were w. Great. I received the 4mg meds and paid for the 3mg and 4mg. I reached out via phone 5 days ago, email 4 days ago and once again with no response. They ask you to do a trust pilot review immediately so I wouldn't trust these reviews. ** update ** after this review, there was FINALLY a response and missing meds are being sent. I can only speak for the 1st part of the process. I have not started the program yet. As for the appointment the nurse was very helpful to answer all my question. I should be starting the program in the next month so hopefully they will ask again for my review.

Their medication is great. Got my appointment and my meds in two weeks time. I got two months of medication initially. Now I am out of medication and cannot seem to get a refill. I have called, and emailed. Customer Service is nice but unhelpful. They keep telling me they will get back to me and they don't. Each time I call, they give me a different answer. They are very prompt at deducting their monthly payment though. It is very frustrating.

First encounter. PA very thurough asked lots of questions. Covered possible side effects,dosing and other topics. Very focused encounter.

My experience with Henry Meds has been exceptional! The NP Victoria I spoke with today was excellent! She was very informative and explained the new oral medication I would be taking answering all my questions. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a weight loss program!

It started off really fast. After showing interest it took over a week to get an appointment. After that they have been ridiculously slow. It took over a week and a half for them to create a prescription. I had to reach out and ask them what was going on before they filled created it. Now it’s taking another week just for their pharmacy to receive the prescription. Almost feels deliberately slow so that I pay another month before I receive my medication. Update: A representative from Henrymeds did reach out to me. They help expedite my shipment and pushed out my membership and extra 3 weeks due to the delay. Because they really did make it right, I updated my score from 3 start -> 4. I would probably give 4.5 if that was an option.
