Has been a wonderful experience so far. Had my tele health appointment Friday and it was great. She answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. I had originally signed up to do the oral semaglutide but after researching a lot I wanted to do the injections. After discussing we agreed that was the right choice and I made the switch. The new amount was charged to my card and my original charge was refunded within 24hrs. When I was charged for the injection I was not given the discount price. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic and told me I would be discounted on my next billing cycle. Fast forward and I received my medication today. Only 5 days after my initial appointment which I thought was impressive. The meds came from Florida and were shipped over night via fedex. They came in a cold package with ice packs that were still frozen upon arrival. Again, super impressed with this. Took my first injection tonight and am now excited to see how the process is moving forward. Overall I’ve been really impressed with the entire process. I was skeptical after reading reviews on the pharmacy used (Halendal) but as of now I have no concerns. I felt a little nausea after the initial injection but otherwise no issues. I would absolutely recommend Henry Meds!
