Easy, quick, and informative!
The information on the website regarding the process and pricing was very straightforward, with no hidden charges. The provider was informative and thorough. The recommendation changed (a mistake on my part when I signed up), the change was easy, and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately. Waiting to receive the meds and try them - then I'll update the review.

Dosing Oral Trizepatide
Dosing Oral Trizepatide The doctors I talked to online were very nice. I don’t like, however, how they send 2 months of medication at a time. The 3 mg & 4 mg oral did not work for me. Now I’m confused about if the oral even goes up in dosing and if I can refunded because the dose didn’t work.

Thank you for your review. All Henry Meds clients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to discuss any issues. We do offer many other treatments, so in the event that clients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective. Felt like my appointment was a bit…
Felt like my appointment was a bit rushed. And do wish that the prescription moved a little faster to get to me. Excited to start and just hoping and praying it works for me.

Excited to start my weighloss journey with Henry Meds
Last night I had my first virtual appointment with Shannon Kelly, PA-C to discuss my weight loss program on Henry Meds. Shannon was delightful and listened carefully to my weightloss journey to date. She was prepared to ask me pertinent questions about my health history and my life style, including meals and eating habits. She took time to discuss how the GLP-1 program works and answered my questions concerning the efficacy of the compounded GLP-1 products in comparison to the brand name drugs such as Ozempic. Shannon seemed very knowledgeable about the products provided through Henry Meds and explained what pharmacy the medication would be coming from and that it is FDA approved. This totally calmed my concerns. I am also glad to know that any future appointments I have I can stay with the same provider and continue to meet with Shannon.

Jade Cason, FNP-C was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was also VERY forgiving with my being 20 minutes late for the meeting. I feel good about starting this treatment.
