The PA was quick, informative and pleasant. I am currently awaiting my medication and hope to drop these dreadful 20 - 25 lbs. My follow-up is in August which I think is a good amount of time to reevaluate.

My experience was great for the first eight months. Labs, doctor meetings, prescriptions all went very smooth. Suddenly my prescription delivery is delayed so I'm missing product for the second week in a row. I have called twice and spoke with someone but not feeling the sense of urgency I would like. Being on TRT for 8 months will have stopped all normal production so now my levels will plummet without it and my understanding is that can have other side effects. I would expect product to be overnighted but don't think that is happening.

Everything so far on my journey has been great! After my tele-med visit, I was concerned about when I was getting my medicine due to us going away. I had a week before we left. To my surprise, it came the next day!

This is not the same potency medication… I want to exchange this medication for another vial… It is NOT working.. My appetite is not Curved, I do not have the full feeling & I am not Constipated… When I took it before it worked 100%…. Please send me a stronger medication like you sent me before… This seems like it is a bate & switch.. Please send me another vial with the same potency as before or give me my money back so I can purchase it from another place❗️❗️❗️❗️
