I had nothing but problems using the oral weight loss medication program, and feel scammed by the whole operation. Henry Meds wasn’t able to provide a continuous supply of the oral compounded Tirzepitide, and offered nothing but excuses to my many calls and emails to try and solve their glitch causing refill forms to go unsent. Also, they hide the fact they will increase your price if you want a minimum therapeutic dose, which I found completely unethical. In all, every step of the process had issues I had to chase someone down to fix, and sometimes it was, sometimes not. Request#1346248 is one such example. I feel scammed.

Henry Meds is an amazing provider. It’s nice to be able to have access to medications that are affordable when my insurance won’t cover the cost. It’s fast, easy to use and the virtual providers are very nice, professional and extremely helpful with managing your medical needs.

So far, pretty good. They are responsive. Did have an initial problem where they shipped the wrong med - but they responded quickly to the error and resent the right stuff. Have not yet started on the protocol - but as far customer service and ship times - I am impressed.
