Disappointed to gain 10 pounds
I have gained 10 pounds since using Henry Meds two months ago with dissolving tablets. Currently at 1mg but when requested a higher dose like 1.5mg, it will be $100 more a month. They were not upfront about additional costs when I signed up. Seems like this company is more interested in the money, not success stories and customer satisfaction.

Appreciate the video appt.
I appreciate the actual conversations w/ medical staff. Other GLP-1 compound providers online have no interaction. The 1st time it was phone & this time a video appt which I liked. Questions from provider showed medical responsibility w/ insight & concern.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful
The nurse practitioner was wonderful . I had to call in after a week with a question and they got back with me right away .
