Initial appointment good
I have not started my program yet. The initial appointment started on time and the provider was friendly & informative. They ensured any questions I had were answered. Now, just waiting to start.

It was easy to set up and I can't wait…
It was easy to set up and I can't wait for the medication to arrive. Which looks like will be 2 days from the teleconference. I am disappointed that they charged my card before I even was approved, and since I was advised to do the shots instead of the oral, I was charged twice. Once for each. They did immediately put in an order for refund. I would also like to see a better website, so you can find all the information and videos, such as showing how to give the shots. Overall though, I'm excited to get started on the program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your 4-star review! the initial charge is taken up-front for a few reasons. 1) We have found it cuts down on no-shows for the providers when people pay first and 2) as a telehealth service, it provides an additional form of ID verification. We're constantly working to improve our services, and your input is invaluable in helping us do that.

I highly recommend using Henry Meds!
This process was so easy and I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. The FNP I had my consultation with was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this service for anyone considering it.

Invest in yourself and try Henry Meds!
I have had the most amazing experience with Henry Meds. I was nervous to try this at first, but my friend's husband works for Henry Meds, and I did a bunch of research. I have been losing weight slowly and following the advice of my nurse practitioner, and I have not seen or felt this good in years. I feel like myself again and am close to reaching my goal weight.

My experience with the telehealth…
My experience with the telehealth provider was great. She was thorough and knowledgeable. She allowed me to ask any questions I had. I was told the medication would take 8-10 days and I got it in two. I am so impressed so far and highly recommend.

I saw the ad and thought I would look…
I saw the ad and thought I would look at the web site for more information. The program seems designed, and easy to navigate with great information on the various products and the medications for different plans. The intake paperwork was clear and easy to complete. Setting up a time to talk with one of their medical staff for a video chat was easy. My video chat went good and I'm looking forward to starting my plan.
