I had an Appt. with a PA yesterday. Was not sure why they flagged me & wanted to talk to me since I had just had an Appt. with a PA in June. The PA said it looked like I wasn't loosing weight & they wanted to check to ensure that I didn't need a different medicine or dose. I said I was doing great. Down 15-20 lbs. Then she tells me that they are switching me to Health Warehouse compounding pharmacy because they are not using Taylor Made any longer. I said I like Taylor Made & didn't want to switch. She said I HAD to even after I voiced my concerns about the reviews by others already having been switched who were not happy with Health Warehouse. Mainly, living in a hot climate & having the meds shipped with less-than-necessary packaging to keep the med cool & also I wanted the B12, which Health Warehouse did not include. Still she said I HAD to switch even though I explained why I didn't want to. I said I guess I would try it, but was really upset after the call. I got online & read other customers reviews about Heath Warehouse & decided to call Henry Meds to see if there was any way I could stay with my current Taylor Made. I spoke to AJ who was VERY helpful! He said he hadn't heard anything about not using Taylor Made & said he would check on it & call back. He did so within an hour. Said they still use Taylor Made so I asked him to please have me switched back ASAP. He saw the PA had put in a prescription to Health Warehouse & said he would look into it & call me back, probably Monday since it was almost closing time. I expressed by concern about not getting my meds in time & he said he would have my meds expedited if necessary. So I'm very happy with the prompt service & hope it all is worked out by Monday. I'm confused as to why the PA told me I had no choice but to change pharmacy? It seems like the call was more about informing me that they were changing my pharmacy since I didn't want an appointment & was happy with my weigh loss journey. This part I'm not happy with. I know there are a lot of other companies offering the services of Henry Meds & I have a choice. I had been completely happy until that call with the PA yesterday. AJ said the thought it would be no problem to stay Taylor Made. I will know for sure Monday. Heath Warehouse in Kentucky is a long way from So. California where I live. It's HOT here. Customers are not happy with receiving their medication with two very small ice packs, which are melted by the time they arrive at their door. The medication warm, not cool. It needs to be refrigerated at home & should come to our door cool - not warm or hot. People said they had to call & get other medication because it did not work due to the heat it sustained during shipping. I certainly do not want to deal with any of that! I hope Henry Meds can resolve this issue with their supplier Heath Warehouse & also allow people, like myself, who would like to continue to use a pharmacy they can rely on & is working for them. Keeping the faith that Monday this will all be worked out.

Easily accessible. Convenient

I was on Phentermine for several months. At my last telehealth appointment I was told they would wean me off of the pills without any explanation as to how that was done . I was charged the usual $129 and got 15 pills so I’m assumed the weaning off would be 1 pill every other day for 30 days. I was then charged another $129 the next month. I called and wasn’t able to get an answer as to what I paid for and assumed I would be getting another 15 pills? It’s been 17 days and no pills so I called again to ask what I was charged for. The representative avoided the question and talked around me. Very shady to not get a honest answer. My guess would be I’m paying for the “subscription “ not the actual medication which by the way would cost $4 for the 15 pills I received at any pharmacy. No integrity and who changes a prescription with no instructions on how to take? Is that even legal? Is any of this even legal? Is anyone contacting their government representative? They have scammed so many people. I paid $258 for $4 worth of pills. Disgusting. Edit: 8/20/2023 Henry Meds reached out to me and issued a refund for $258. I would say once you get to the right person they are very accommodating.

Excellent communication. The Dr. listened closely to my questions, asked follow up questions to help her understand and make quality suggestions. She allowed me to make decisions for myself and set up a follow up plan for the future. She had all of our notes from the last visit with her. It was a great visit and I'm happy with the conclusion. I'm really happy with my Henry Meds experience. My medical appointments have been informative and efficient, the instructions I've received with my prescription have been thorough and the results are exactly what I've been hoping for!

Consultation process was easy and convenient.

I was able to schedule a prompt appointment. My PA popped up within 2 minutes of my " time window" for our Zoom meeting. She was friendly and answered all my questions. I came away feeling very satisfied that a "team" was available for me if I had any future concerns. Henry Meds is a stellar company among a world awash with fake sites with questionable promises. Thank you.

I had a great experience all the way from interaction with the physician and follow-up instructive emails, to delivery of the items (earlier than expected) and access to complete instructions on the self-administration of the drug.
